Very stress free and easy day enjoying the village of Sintra. Hugo was an exceptional guide and kept us on track and safe. We saw lots of other people driving themselves to the village or taking Ubers, and I wouldn't recommend that. Parking is a challenge and it's almost always a long hike from those areas. Hugo got us basically to the front door and we got there early enough that we avoided the larger crowds. Very much worth the price and I highly recommend EasyEscape Tours.
Sintra tour to Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal! Everything was well organized, making it easy to enjoy these amazing sites without worrying about logistics, tickets and parking. Our guide John was knowledgeable and friendly. We had plenty of time to explore, take photos, and soak in the beauty of both Pena Palace and the magical gardens and tunnels of Quinta da Regaleira. The small-group atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.
We had an excellent tour of Cintra with Bart! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure the vibe was great with our group. It was a great mix of education and time to explore with my wife. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour, especially with Bart!
João was an exceptional guide and made my first visit to Sintra unforgettable. He has an incredible knowledge of the area’s history and shared it in such an engaging and easy-to-understand way. I learned so much throughout the day, but it never felt like a history lecture—it felt like listening to someone who genuinely loves what they do. João was patient, personable, and made sure everyone in the group felt included and comfortable. Even when I arrived later than planned due to a train delay, he kindly waited for me, which I truly appreciated. His kindness, professionalism, and passion for Sintra made the experience even more special. I couldn’t recommend this tour more highly!

It was amazing! Chico was awesome, he was detailed and interesting, answering all of our random questions! It definitely wasn’t cheap, but I’d say well worth it! We did a day trip from Cascais and it worked out perfectly.
We took a tour in Sintra with 3 adults and 2 children and really enjoyed it. Alex gave us lots of useful background information on the history and daily life in Sintra. He also gave us restaurant recommendations and even drove us to the restaurant. We highly recommend it - 5 stars for this wonderful experience!
Francisco was an absolutely incredible tour guide! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind, entertaining and funny. Overall he just has this amazing vibrant personality that made our day so joyful and relaxed, he really looked after us. I booked this half day tour because I really wanted to visit Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. It was the perfect amount of time to explore the grounds, learn the history of the area and see the sights. We even had time to walk in the village and try some of the local pastries. The highlight of the tour for me was descending the initiation well at Quinta da Regaleira, that was such a magical experience that I shall never forget. I would go back in a heartbeat! Francisco even went a step further after our tour had ended to recommend local restaurants, shops, nightlife depending on where people from the group were staying. This was my first time booking a tour on Get Your Guide and I would definitely do so again in the future. Perfect amount of time and information. It was great to have a local guide. We chose a shorter tour and were glad we did. Four hours was plenty and gave us a good understanding of Sintra without feeling overly long.
