Snorkeling at the Mala cave was such a fun and unforgettable experience. The water was warm this July from the heat, so the swim Was refreshing but not too cold. Damien was funny and relaxed, all while giving us fun facts around the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect morning out on the water! Enjoyed the boat ride, the snorkeling by the cave and the kids especially loved doing flips off the side of the boat! We also loved the stop at Villefranche, eating gelato and shopping for jewelry. Nathan was a fantastic guide, funny guy and had a fantastic playlist!

Overall, the boat tour itself was excellent, and our skipper, Damian, made it a memorable experience. However, our experience before boarding was unnecessarily stressful due to the way we were treated by one staff member. Our reservation was for 3:00 p.m., and the WhatsApp instructions clearly stated that guests should arrive 15 minutes early and use the restroom beforehand because there would be no restroom access for several hours. The message also emphasized that arriving late could result in losing the reservation. My wife and I took those instructions seriously and arrived at the designated meeting point around 2:35 p.m. One of the female employees greeted us and confirmed that we were part of the tour. At that point, my wife asked if she could quickly use a nearby restroom. Our intention was simply to check in and return immediately. Instead, the employee firmly refused and insisted that we remain in line or risk losing our reservation. As more guests arrived, it became clear that there were two boats with approximately ten passengers each. Because we arrived early, we were among the first assigned to the first boat. Ironically, several other guests arrived after 2:45 p.m., and the same employee welcomed them with a smile despite their arriving later than we had. Eventually, my wife could no longer wait and had to use the restroom. I told her to go quickly while I remained in line. She ran to a nearby restaurant, used the restroom, and returned within about ten minutes. Around 2:55 p.m., boarding began. When the employee noticed that my wife had not yet returned, she raised her voice at me in front of everyone, repeatedly saying, “I told her not to leave the line! If the boat leaves, it’s your fault and you will not get a refund.” She continued speaking to me in a confrontational manner. Frustrated, I unfortunately matched her tone and explained that this entire situation could have been avoided if my wife had simply been allowed to use the restroom when we arrived at 2:35 p.m. Thankfully, my wife returned moments later before the boat departed. Once we boarded, everything changed. Our skipper, Damian, welcomed us warmly, clearly explained the safety procedures, and led an outstanding tour. He was knowledgeable, funny, professional, and attentive throughout the excursion. The boat ride, the scenery, and the overall experience on the water exceeded our expectations, and Damian deserves recognition for providing exceptional service. I completely understand and respect the company’s policy regarding punctuality. Had we arrived late or ignored the instructions, I would fully accept responsibility. However, in this case, we did arrive early and followed the instructions. A small amount of flexibility—or simply allowing my wife to use the restroom immediately after we checked in—would have prevented the entire situation. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the inconsistency in how it was enforced and the unnecessarily confrontational way we were treated in front of other guests. Because of Damian and the quality of the tour, I would still recommend this experience. My hope is simply that management reviews how guests are greeted before departure. Excellent customer service is not only about enforcing policies—it is also about applying them consistently, treating guests with respect, and using good judgment when a simple, reasonable accommodation can prevent an unpleasant experience.

This was a great and very fun experience. Our guide, Nate was fantastic. He was very informative and very polite. I highly recommend this expedition.

It was a lot of fun. The boat goes fast, and it’s bumpy so not good if you get seasick. But the snorkeling was fun, lots of fish to see, and plenty of time to jump off the boat. A bit more time in Villefranche would be better and less time cruising down past the landmarks of millionaires’ houses but overall we loved it.

We had a really enjoyable afternoon on this boat tour. Our guide was Nathan, but he was very friendly, welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable. He played a great mix of music that really added to the atmosphere without being over the top. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the stop in Villefranche was a nice addition. Overall, it was a relaxing, fun way to spend a few hours on the water, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the French Riviera.

Nice trip in open water with swimming stop at the caves. Water is clear and SO refreshing. 45 minutes in Villefrance was a bit long unless you wanted to eat dinner there. Guide was helpful and courteous.
