På denna halvdag + middag Addis Abeba stadsresa Resenärer kommer att besöka Entoto Hill ovanpå ser du den hisnande panoramautsikten över staden Addis Abeba “den nya blomman” följt av Nationalmuseet som du kan se den berömda mänskliga förfäder Hominid fossil “LUCY” och shero meda en caltural traditionell klädmarknad och Merkato en unik komplex och största friluftsmarknad i Afrika. På väg till Merkato ser du också ett segermonument i Arat kilo och Tiglachen-monumentet. I slutet av turnén kommer du att ha en buffémiddag på en av de finaste traditionella kulturella restaurangerna Yodabissinia med ett läckert test av etiopiskt kök med en traditionell etiopisk musikshow framförd av många etniska grupper av Etiopien.

Entoto-kullen, Addis Abeba, är den största toppen på Entoto-berget som överblickar över staden Addis Abeba. Entoto är en historisk plats där kejsaren Menelik || Bosatte och byggde sitt palats, när han flyttade från Ankober och grundade Addis Abeba. Här ovanpå ser du hela panoramautsikten över staden.

Wonderful introduction to Addis Ababa on an eight hour stopover. Gashaw was an informative and engaging guide who led us to several important landmarks, viewpoints, a coffee shop, and dinner/musical show. We learned some fascinating history, enjoyed good food and drink, and vowed to come back some day.

Gashaw our guide met us at the airport and took us on a whistle stop tour of Adis Ababa. We visited the museum where an informative guide introduced us to the back ground of Ethiopia as well as meeting Lucy. We then drove to a vantage point top of Entoto Mountain where the views down over the city are breath taking. We had a coffee stop there too. Next was a drive around the Mercato Africas largest market. A visit to Topocas for coffee, try a Spreece. Topped off our visit with a cultural show which included authentic music & dancing whilst eating amazing local cuisine washed down with honey wine. We highly recommend Gashaw , he is friendly, full of information and made our trip a special one. Even dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the evening. Thank you Gashaw 🙏🏼

I was travelling from Ethiopia to Canada and had a layover in Addis Ababa. I was initially very nervous of stepping out of the hotel. That is when I met Gashaw and he told me all the good things Ethiopia and particularly Addis Ababa has in store for travellers. A very rich culture & heritage, beautiful landscapes, history which dates million on years and amazing food. Gashaw arranged a half day tour for me (coz of my time constraints). My tour guide Berhanu and driver Teddy (who also played the role of a guide) were absolutely amazing. They became more like friends to me and showed me what Gashaw had explained. We had an amazing lunch together at the historic"Taitu Hotel" and had amazing conversations about how rich and diverse the culture is in Ethiopia. even though it was only a few hours, it has left an everlasting memory and I can't wait to go back there and be with the same people I was with. I will highly recommend "Walk in Ethiopia Tour & Travel" and Gashaw, Berhanu and Teddy for their amazing hospitality and making my time worth. See you guys soon again !!

They charged me much more than what it says in TripAdvisor for a shorter tour, but both the guide and the driver were kind and safe, so that may be worth enough for a female solo traveller like me.

I must say i had such a lovely time. Gashaw picked me from the hotel, he took me to the Ethiopia National Museum where i had such a wonderful experience learning about Ethiopian history as well as LUCY ☺️. We then proceeded to the most amazing Coffee shop, TOMOCA, where i had some amazing coffee. I have never been a coffee person but this introduced me to coffee and i am glad i did. From there we proceeded to the market to purchase Ethiopian traditional dresses then headed for Dinner at the YOD ABYSSINIA CULTURAL RESTAURANT, this was such a lovely experience i even met my fellow kenya. We had such a wonderful time, dinner was amazing as well as the experience of tasting the local brew, which i wish I could have taken as my evening choice of drink but i suffer from honey allergies but i was comfortable to settle for St. George’s beer. Overall, i must say i was extremely happy and I would definitely recommend Gashaw to any person traveling to ADDIS.

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide, Gershaw, was very knowledgeable. The dinner and dance performance were incredible! Plus, we had a great driver who picked us up and dropped us at our hotel right on time. I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Addis Ababa!

A 15 Days family vacation trip to Ethiopia we see a lot to the history culture and the life of the people of Ethiopia we back in a two weeks tour hosted by walk in Ethiopia something unforgettable and a surprise we invited by walk in Ethiopia tours in a traditional cultural restaurant in addis we see the city a lot and the amazing thing happen when we have a fairwell dinner in the cultural restaurant the music show , the buffet dinner and the Ethiopian Hong win we had . that is the best thing we did in addis. We had a great time with the half-day tour visiting the National Museum, a panoramic view of Addis, the famous huge market in the city, a coffee shop with amazing Ethiopian coffee and for the finale, a dinner at a cultural restaurant. Additionally, Yosef is a very friendly tour guide who shared with us so much about Ethiopia. What a lovely day it was.
