We greatly enjoyed our ½ day Cebu tour experience. Our guide was very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. She shared some very interesting bits of history. She knew her stuff & genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. We learned a lot from our tour & would recommend them. We recently visited Seattle, WA and went on a 1/2 day Viator tour of Seattle. They also did not disappoint. We’ll definitely tour again with Viator on our next travel adventure!
Alvira was wonderful. Knowledgable and fun. Very understanding. Locations were educational. Mostly liked the Philippine history that she knew so well.
thank you very much
You will stay mostly in the city. Not a lot of shade. So wear a hat or sunscreen. There will be a lot of people asking you for money. But the locations are very nice. The guide Annabel was nice, knowledgeable, and takes great Photographs. Very eager to help. Booked at the last minute (night before).
Thank you very much for the review Sir Adam ☺️
Perfect tour to some of the best spots in Cebu City. The tour guide Bev was very friendly and knowledgable telling stories about the Philippines and Cebu, the culture, history, religion etc. The driver was also very friendly and drove safely. 100 % recommendation!
Great tour, hit all the highlights, got some great pictures. I would recommend going on a Sunday when the traffic is a bit better.
Our guide, Liz, provided a lot of information on the sites of the city and history of the area. She was very engaging and easy to communicate to. She frequently offered to take pictures for us at various sites. She shared some personal information and history. This wasn’t a problem for us as we enjoyed the stories, but may be to much information for other tourists. She did listen to our needs and did take us to a shop to purchase some small souvenirs and dried mangos. We did need to cover our knees and shoulders at the last temple, which we weren’t informed of by the operators. I wish we were given better instructions on this as it was very hot and humid. Luckily it was brought up at the beginning so we turned back to the hotel to change. Overall very informative tour for half a day with a decent amount of sites seen. Would have preferred better details in tour description to accurately prepare (i.e. clothing). Guide was very informative and easily engagable 9/10.
We had a great experience on the half-day Cebu City tour! Our guide, Febie, did a wonderful job showing us the major sights and sharing interesting insights about Cebu’s history and culture. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. The itinerary covered key landmarks, providing a good overview of the city in a short amount of time. However, we did notice that some areas felt a bit crowded, and traffic made getting around a bit slow—but that’s to be expected in a busy city. Overall, it was an enjoyable and informative tour, perfect for those looking to explore Cebu’s highlights in just a few hours. Highly recommended!
Peter was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the city's history and culture was very impressive. He acted professionally throughout the tour and made sure we had a great experience.
I had an amazing experience on a half-day tour of Cebu, and I cannot recommend it enough! Our tour guide, Febie, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time and provided insightful information about the history and culture of Cebu. The tour covered some of the island’s must-see landmarks, including Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro, and Basilica del Santo Niño. Febie’s commentary brought these historical sites to life, and she answered all our questions with great enthusiasm. We also had the opportunity to visit the Taoist Temple, where the views of the city were simply stunning. Febie ensured we had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the sights, without feeling rushed. The tour was well-paced and a perfect introduction to Cebu, especially for those with limited time. Febie made the experience feel personal and unique, which is something we truly appreciated. If you’re looking to explore Cebu in just a few hours, this half-day tour with Febie is definitely the way to go! Highly recommend!
