Thao guided us through the bustling aisles, her friendly and helpful nature making us feel like welcomed guests rather than tourists. She expertly explained the significance behind the beautiful, intricate handicrafts, the stories woven into the traditional H'mong and Dao clothing, and even helped us confidently bargain for a few special souvenirs. Her ability to adapt and her dedication to ensuring we had an amazing experience, regardless of the weather, was nothing short of extraordinary.
