Efter upphämtning, resa ca 90 minuter från Baku till Beshbarmag Mountain i Siyazan District. Känd som ”Five Fingers” för sina unika klippformationer, är denna 382 meter höga topp en framträdande pilgrimsfärd och utsiktsplats längs den stora norra motorvägen. Besök det lilla helgedomsområdet som är kopplat till gamla andliga traditioner och lokala legender, inklusive berättelser kopplade till Noaks ark. Njut av en kort, hanterbar stigning och panoramautsikt över Kaspiska kusten och Siyazan låglandet, med guidade historiska och naturliga förklaringar under ett 60 minuters besök.
Turen fortsätter till Candy Cane Mountains, som ligger i Khizi District, nås med en 50 - minuters bilresa från Beshbarmag. Beläget nära staden Khizi längs Baku-Quba motorvägen, är denna geologiska formation känd för sina levande röda, rosa, vita och orange mineralband. Dessa pigmentvariationer produceras genom långsiktiga oxidationsprocesser som påverkar järnrika sediment. De randiga mönstren intensifieras under lågvinkelsolljus och utgör ett visuellt tydligt exempel på Azerbajdzjans geologiska mångfald. I recently had the pleasure to spend the day with my tour guide, Shahriyar. He picked me up from my hotel bang on time, which meant that there was no delay in starting the tour. I got lucky with the weather (clear blue skies and perfect temperature). The Candy Cane Mountains looked so vibrant and unique in the bright weather. I also really enjoyed my time at Besh Barmag Mountain - both the hike to the top and scenic views all around. The nature of Azerbaijan is beautiful. The tour took a total of 6 hours, and they were even kind enough to drop me off at a different location in the city upon return. A big thank you to Shahriyar and my driver for a great day out.

First stop was Beshbamag mountain, views spectacular and then onto candy cane mountains, more spectacular views. The drive was safe and comfortable and we learnt a lot! Thanks a lot for a great trip.

Excellent private ride. Abid was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He explained the sights we were seeing, but was also able to answer general questions about Azerbaijan and the neighbouring countries. He was personable and funny, and gave good recommendations. The car and driver were safe. We got to see the sights we wanted. Beshbarmag (Five finger mountain) had great views of the coast and although windy, was a safe and relatively easy climb do to the stairs. Candy Cane Mountains were spectacular. Great colours and scenery. Easy hike up, but was very windy. Coming down was alittle more difficult, but was a great experience. Would recommend the trip, and Abid!
