⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HARIEL **The best guide we have had in Japan** Traveling to Japan is an incredible experience, but discovering it with someone like **Hariel** makes the trip even more special. Not only does he have impressive knowledge about the history, culture, and curiosities of Japan, but he knows how to tell you about it in a relatable, entertaining way, full of anecdotes that make you understand each place you visit much better. But if there is one thing I would highlight about Hariel, it is **how he takes care of you throughout the entire experience**. He is always attentive, willing to help you with absolutely everything, looking for solutions, and making something that could be complicated in such a different country become easy. Having a local guide who knows Japan perfectly and who also **speaks Spanish** is a real luxury. We are left with a great desire to return to Japan to continue discovering new places, but we are very clear about one thing: **if we return, we want to do it with Hariel.** Thank you for showing us Japan, but above all for the way in which you accompanied and took care of us during the trip. **We could not have had a better guide.** 🇯🇵❤️

The tour was beautiful ,educational and wonderful but there were many long lines with long waits. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared historic details about each destination.

This was the highlight of our Japan trip (mom and 13yo son). This tour gave us a chance to try the rope way up the mountain and explore the volcanic landscape at the top. Some incredible sights! Our tour guide Ken was very friendly and helpful with explaining the landscape of the area. He also explained to us the importance of the various gates. He waited patiently with us so we could get the photo under the big gate :) it was so much fun and I was so glad we had a guide to help us navigate through the various places. Having Ken help us navigate through this really made it possible to more enjoy the experience. We highly recommend!

Our guide Keiji was a funny, smart, and personable, making him exceptional on this tour through Hakone. He passed on deep knowledge of the history and customs of the region, and of Japan in general, in fun and interesting ways, using his experience living both in Japan and abroad to help connect Japanese history and customs to global history. Having an expert to guide us through the many different forms of transportation made the day easy and let us see lots of Hakone with minimal fuss. Plus he parted the clouds magically so we could see Mt Fuji!!! Highly recommended.
