This was such a fabulous experience! Our guide was extremely knowledgable about the history of Dubrovnik, the history of gin and the science/art behind distilling. The gin was delicious and the whole evening was very enjoyable. We had great conversation and delicious drinks, and walked out with her own unique bottles of gin. Strongly recommend!

This was hands down one of the most unique and memorable experiences we’ve had in Dubrovnik! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a beautifully set-up gin lab that felt both professional and fun. Vlaho, our host and master distiller, was absolutely fantastic – knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly engaging. He guided us step by step through the history of gin, the distilling process, and how to perfectly balance botanicals. The highlight was crafting our very own gin blend using fresh local botanicals. It was amazing to see how different flavors came together, and walking out with a personalized bottle of our creation felt so special. Every sip back home will bring us right back to this unforgettable day. The whole experience was perfectly organized, with tastings, snacks, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it enjoyable for everyone, whether you’re a gin enthusiast or just curious to try something new. If you’re in Dubrovnik and looking for something truly unique beyond the usual tours, don’t miss this workshop. It’s creative, interactive, and an absolute highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

A once in a life time opportunity to learn how to make the perfect gin but the history of why it came to be. The owner and chief innovator Vlaho has taken his experience of tourism knowledge and has actually crafted something that I hope to see all over the world. Traveling alone?
