Be careful. They change the itinerary last minute. The main visit to Catena Zapata was cancelled the day before, and replaced with other wineries, when I had already purchased airline tickets precisely for the Catena tour.

Although we initially planned the visit to Bodega Catena Zapata and, for reasons beyond our control, it could not be realized, the alternative completely exceeded our expectations. We were taken to Casa Vigil, a magical place full of details, charm and a unique atmosphere that captivated us from the first moment. In addition, we had the opportunity to visit Bodega Norton, a spectacular experience where we could taste a greater variety of wines, and also Bodega Séptima, where we enjoyed a glass that was undoubtedly the best choice. Our guide, Monica, was simply exceptional. He managed to turn the day into a personalized experience, taking us at our own pace, as the good holidays should be enjoyed. His attention to detail was impeccable—from his friendliness and warmth, to small gestures like adapting the music in the vehicle to our liking, making every moment even more special. We feel cared for, relaxed and completely immersed in the essence of Mendoza. An experience we will always remember. Winery Catena Zapata was not available we had to change that option

Spectacular visit. Winery NORTON: Technical and fun visit, somelier Salvador was wonderful in the explanations. Delicious wines. Winery CATENA ZAPATA: someleir Paula spectacular, a lot of knowledge. Exceptional wines. We participate in the visitation Music and Wine, perfect and unique. To our guide, MONICA, from Big Trip, our thanks: very friendly, familiar. Make the day cheerful! Thank you! I recommend the tour every time you come to Mendoza!

I booked this tour because it clearly included visits to Catena Zapata, Bodega Norton and Bodega Séptima. The visit to Catena Zapata was excellent and definitely the highlight of the day. However, the rest of the experience did not match the description. Bodega Norton was replaced by Bodega Trivento without any prior notice. At both Séptima and Trivento, we only received a single glass of wine, with no winery visit or explanation. At Trivento, there was not even the possibility of a self-guided visit, as only the wine bar area was open. At Séptima, the visit presentation included access to the cellar, but the cellar itself was closed to visitors, so this part of the experience was not provided. This is quite misleading, as the tour is advertised as a winery visit experience. In reality, only one proper visit was delivered. I contacted the tour operator after the tour to request an explanation, but I did not receive any follow-up or solution. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but guest should be informed in advance and offered an equivalent experience or proper support afterwards. Overall, disappointing due to the lack of transparency and customer service.
