Vingårdstur och vinprovning i Siena med eftermiddagsmåltid. Nedsänkt i den magiska atmosfären på landsbygden i Toscana, bara ett stenkast från den gamla staden i medeltida Siena, är upplevelsen en resa in i historien, kulturen, traditionen och vetenskapen som ger liv åt varje flaska av vårt ekologiska vin. Under vingårdsturen kommer vi tillsammans att analysera egenskaperna hos vingårdens agro-ekosystem och de tekniker som används för att bevara och regenerera landsbygdens resurser. I vår gamla vinkällare tar vi dig genom vinframställningens fascinerande värld och hemligheterna bakom att tillverka kvalitetsvin. Turen avslutas i vårt provsmakningsrum, där du kommer att förstå alla de organoleptiska nyanserna hos våra unga viner och årgångsviner. Varje glas kommer att paras med de bästa säsongsbetonade toskanska produkterna, för att glädja din smak och ge näring till din själ.

När vi går genom vingården, med enkla och tydliga ord, kommer vi att analysera agronomiska tekniker i relation till vinstockens biologiska cykel och tekniker för bevarande och regenerering av landsbygdens resurser.
I källaren kommer vi att diskutera de grundläggande principerna för kvalitetsvinframställning, i alla de avgörande stadierna av druv-till-vin-processen: avstjälkning-krossning, alkoholjäsning, maceration, malolaktisk jäsning, lagring, mognad och lagring.
I provningsrummet kommer vi att smaka på 5 av våra fina ekologiska viner. Vi kommer att stimulera sinnena att fånga varje subtil lukt-smak av våra produkter. En symfoni av känslor som bara stora viner kan ge. För att glädja din gom och ge din själ näring, kommer varje glas vin att paras med en säsongsbetonad produkt och vår värdefulla ekologiska extra jungfruolivolja.

Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.

Our guide and sommelier, Gianluigi, was very informative and passionate about the winery, their product and sustainable practices. We visited the vineyard, learning about their organic processes. We then visited the cellar, learning about the aging process. He shared a number of the challenges wineries are facing today as well as ways they are constantly adapting to meet those challenges. We learned quite a lot in a short time while enjoying a number of their wines paired with delicious local flavors. Excellent tour!

Absolutely perfect afternoon! Lorenzo was so knowledgeable, warm & friendly. We learned so much about the vineyard life and winemaking in general. The vineyard is beautiful, the tasting was exceptional, the food was an unexpected delight and the company was engaging. We made new friends, tried 5 wines and then dessert with a dessert wine. One of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine experience! Say hi to Lorenzo!
Our guide was amazing (GianMarco I believe) and really knew the ins and outs of wine making. They also have an olive grove which was a lovely surprise. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend! Support this winery :)
