Under denna två timmars guidade rundtur kommer du att besöka moskén-katedralen, det viktigaste monumentet i Córdoba. Sedan tar du en vandringstur i de judiska kvarteren tillsammans med en historikerguide.

Den guidade turen utförs av experthistoriker, kommer att leda dig genom ett levande tempel som har varit vittne till många historiska händelser. Det lämnar dig inte oberörd. Vi kommer att förklara de olika stegen i byggandet, med utgångspunkt i resterna av gamla visigotiska basilikan San Vicente som fortfarande är bevarade. Vi kommer att följa Guidad tur till den gamla moskén som byggdes av emir Abderraman I och efter expansioner fram till Almanzorperioden. Efter den kristna arméns erövring av staden blev moskén katedral och ockuperade flera lager på grund av utvidgningen av kalifen Al-Hakam II för liturgiskt firande. Senare byggdes katedralens befintliga transept.
Det lämnar dig inte oberörd. För det andra kommer vi att vandra längs de välkända judiska kvarteren, där vi lär känna Synagogan, Hantverkarnas souk och Monumentet över Maimonides.

This IS A CAN’T MISS in Cordoba! The cathedral is amazing, extremely historical and beautiful. The information given is a bit complicated. But, we had perhaps the BEST guide ever! Maria is clear and very easy to follow with the many details. She has clearly studied and is perfect for this tour. Maria was also helpful to us and other guests with particular needs. Well done!

Saray was a fantastic guide. She was passionate and knowledgeable and fun. We had a small group for the first part in the historic section and then the group was larger for the mosque and cathedral. The guide was great at keeping us together. We were lucky that the mosque/cathedral was not crowded so it was an enjoyable tour. It is probably one of the most incredible places I’ve ever been.
This was a brilliant tour. The Mosque/Cathedral is stunning and our guide was excellent. Very good value for money. The communication system worked very well.
If you are visiting the mosque of Cordoba I highly suggest doing it with a guide. Our guide, Mr. Salamanca, was very knowledgeable and gave us so much more information than what we already knew. We felt our experience was enriched with the guided tour and very worthwhile.
