Philipp was a super Guide, but GetYourGuide has changed the wished departingtime for about 5 Hours. The Tour in Ausschwitz was ok, the Guide there pityfully was not very encouraged.

Amazing experience, our guide was so insightful and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this tour, however I would recommend staying close to the tour guide as the group is quite large. We ended up towards the back a few times which meant the headphones cut out and we missed out on information or we were in one room looking at pictures but the information coming through the headphones was for the room ahead with the first half of the group.

I was told beforehand that the time of the tour cld be changed & that i wld be notified. That was what occurred. Unfortunately, as I missed that email, I also missed out on the tour. However, there was no option on that late change of meeting time requiring that I confirm receipt of the notification. As records will show, I've bn a loyal customer of Viator for many years. Therefore, I feel that on principle, Viator should bear partial responsibility for not providing that option to confirm receipt of change of time. As a consequence, I feel I shld only bear 50% of forfeiting the tour. I respectfully look fwd to your response to my case.

I had a wonderful experience with Zuzanna and Tomasz. They were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire journey, always checking on passengers and making sure everyone was comfortable. They went above and beyond to help me by dropping me off at a safe spot that wasn’t an official stop, which made it possible for me to reach the airport on time. I truly appreciated their willingness to help and their positive attitude. Thank you, Zuzanna and Tomasz, for your kindness, humility, and excellent service. The bus and the organizer (Filip) were already on site at 4:45 AM. Filip is a very calm, patient, and kind person. A big plus: he makes the effort to speak English, Spanish, and French. The bus was impeccably clean. Filip really took good care of us from the moment we got off the bus until we were handed over to the site guide. Our guide on site was also top-notch! She spoke very good French and was able to explain the history of the camp to us in a very clear and captivating way, while being extremely kind. We really enjoyed our visit and spent a very pleasant time with these two people. We recommend it without hesitation! The only small downside: we had initially booked for 8:00 AM and our appointment was moved to 5:00 AM. Aside from this very early wake-up call, the organization was absolutely perfect.
