Really great we loved our guide mr wing and even though we got confused on the way there he sorted it out and was lovely would recommend
Great tour! Bao was our guide and he was super knowledgeable and funny. He took us to a really great restaurant and overall it was a great tour!
We had a great trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels, special mention for our guide Vinny who was very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent tour of the whole area. Would definitely recommend a trip here with Vinny.
The visit to the Cu Chi tunnels was really interesting, and the excursion itself was well worth it. The guide who accompanied us during the tour was very knowledgeable, competent, and explained the history of the site in a clear and engaging way. Unfortunately, the downside came on the way back to Saigon. The guide got off before the end of the trip, leaving part of the group in the hands of the driver. The driver handled the drop-offs for the remaining guests terribly: he confused the stops and let people out at the wrong places. In our case, he made us get off a full 1 km away from our hotel. The most frustrating part was the total lack of communication and courtesy: when we tried to point out the mistake by showing him the correct location on our phone's GPS, he refused to even listen to us. We were forced to walk all the way back due to his stubbornness and lack of attention. Verdict: Recommended for the tour content and the guide's expertise, but the transport organization and the driver's attitude leave a lot to be desired.
Dear valued guest! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the Cu Chi Tunnels and appreciated your guide's knowledge and explanations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the return journey. Your comments regarding the driver's drop-off handling and communication have been shared with our operations team, and we will reinforce our procedures to ensure a smoother and more courteous service in the future. Thank you for helping us improve. Sincerely!
We did the Cu Chi Tumnels trip with Jay and I must say that it was one of the best experiences in Vietnam. Jay is probably the funniest tour guide I have ever come across in Vietnam and it was absolutely fantastic. He has a great knowledge about the history of Vietnam and how the Cu Chi tunnels were used. It was a great experience and I would like to have him as our tour guide. Also, crawling underneath the tunnels was challenging but fun.
Ben, our tour guide was awesome. Very knowledgeable, good fun and easy to get along with. The tour itself was interesting and the bus ride was comfortable.
In one sentence, I could say that it was not worth the detour. I learned more from YouTube than from our guide (we had the impression that he just wanted to finish his day). Furthermore, we had to insist that they take us back near our hotel instead of the agency's office.
Dear valued guest! Warm regards!
Simon was a great tour guide and the experience was very informative! Learned lots about how the Vietcong lived in the tunnels and about the history of the war.
Very good guide. Well-done tour.
The pick up and drop off location was very good, a short two minute walk from our hotel. We were met by Dat who was very helpful and informative throughout the entire experience. The bus journey was seamless with a stop in between. Dat was very good at explaining the different things through the tunnels. Stopped off for food on the way back. Options were primarily Pho or spring rolls. Great service.
