Din resa till Auschwitz börjar med att hämta från en tidigare bestämd plats i Krakow från ett hotell eller lägenhet eller från vår mötesplats. Resan från Krakow till Auschwitz tar cirka 1,5 timme. Information om din hämtningstid får du en dag före resan.
När du anländer till Auschwitz möter du din guide. Tillsammans kommer ni in i museet och på mindre än 2 timmars promenad visar han er en av de mörkaste platserna från andra världskriget. Under ditt besök på denna plats kommer du att se: porten "Arbeit mach frei", den sista gaskammaren som överlevde och många utställningar med foton och kvarlevor av fångar
Efter pausen tar föraren dig till det andra lägret, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Du möter din guide igen framför ingångsporten. Under den mer än en timmes promenad kommer din guide att visa dig det andra lägret, som var det största koncentrationslägret som byggdes av nazisterna. I det här lägret kommer du att se: "Dödsporten" med spåren som leder till lägret, avlastningsrampen dit tågen med fångar anlände, ruinerna av gaskamrarna och krematorierna, monumentet över Förintelsens offer och byggnader där fångarna anlände levde.
Efter avslutad turné släpper föraren dig till ditt hotell / vandrarhem / lägenhet i Krakow.

Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Enligt museets föreskrifter ska VARJE RESEARATÖR först samla in en komplett namnlista och först därefter kan de få en inträdestid. Som bekräftelse skickar de alla namn, som inte kan ändras senare. Vi begär den tid du valt, men det slutliga beslutet beror på museet, som baseras på deras riktlinjer och byggnadsgränser. Kom ihåg att detta är den mest populära platsen i Polen, som besöks av 8-10 tusen människor dagligen. Inträdestiden påverkas också av olika ceremonier och VIP-grupper som museet inte kan informera någon om. The transport, driver and tour guide were excellent . I was kept well informed in advance of the visit . Just disappointed that we originally booked a 9 am pick up which changed to 5.30 am .

The communication leading up to tour was excellent - we received regular text messages and communication about what to expect, travel to our destination, and we pre-ordered lunch from our driver - all best in class. What we were not expecting was to be "herded" in a very large group with other tourists with differing walking capabilities. The tour guide walked extremely fast and did not check in/wait for the full group. She was also hard to understand in English, and she did not seem to understand the needs of those on her tour, not did she seem to care about our understanding her or our comfort. My recommendations are that guests are offered a slower or faster walking tour group and that native English speakers provide feedback to the tour guide.

The driver picked us up at our hotel, he gave us information during the journey about what to expect and timings for the tour, the guide Anna was excellent, such passion for what she does, the information she passed on to us and the way she told the story was brilliant. The whole process was very smooth. There was frequent communication regarding what time to expect to be picked up as well as general information such as what we need to bring. I had read in reviews of other tour companies about relatively late cancellations, but there was no concern about that with this company as they kept in contact.

A very moving and thought provoking experience. The scale of what happened at Auschwitz is unimaginable. Nothing really prepare you for the level of cruelty and the conditions that the inmates had to live under. Our tour guide was excellent. We understand a lot more of life in the camp. The movies don't come close.
