Sutro Baths var ett stort, privatägt offentligt saltvattenspoolkomplex i Lands End-området i Outer Richmond District i västra San Francisco, Kalifornien. Det byggdes 1896 och ligger nära Cliff House, Seal Rocks och Sutro Heights Park. Anläggningen brann ner i juni 1966 och ligger nu i ruiner inom Golden Gate National Recreation Area och Sutro Historic District.
Ocean Beach är en strand på San Franciscos västkust, som gränsar till Stilla havet. Den "Great Highway" går längs stranden, och Cliff House och platsen för de tidigare Sutro-baden ligger i den norra änden. Stranden är en del av Golden Gate National Recreation Area, som administreras av National Park Service.

Den holländska väderkvarnen är den norra av två fungerande väderkvarnar, på den västra kanten av Golden Gate Park i San Francisco. Det färdigställdes 1903 och placerades på San Francisco Designated Landmark-listan den 6 december 1981.
Långvarig bete med en betande flock amerikansk bison som sköts av San Franciscos zoo.
Därefter tar vi dig genom stadsdelen Haight-Ashbury, där du kan se några av San Franciscos berömda viktorianska hem, kända för sin ikoniska arkitektur.

Very intereting, strolling around san fransisco

When I booked this tour, I was looking for more of a group experience with a real guide, which is what I purchased. Because of not having enough people sign up for the tour, we were told to do the hop-on hop-off bus tour and then meet up at the Alcatraz departure pier, to go on that tour at 2;15pm. Well, it's very hard to plan that out when you have no idea how long the hop-on hop-off bus is going to take. When could we get off the bus to eat lunch and still have time to get to the pier. Plus I couldn't get much information before I left for San Francisco. So once we were here, I had to contact the company the day before our tour to even get the information I needed before going on the tour. We were on three different hop-on- hop-off buses, one of them we were stuck in the bottom of the bus due to the number of people on there and it was sweltering hot over eighty degrees. For some reason, the heat was on, let's just say I was not impressed with the hop on hop off bus experience. I didn't want that to begin with. I wanted a traditional tour bus with a live guide that could answer questions and give me recommendations. The Alcatraz portion of the tour was fine. As we had to go pick up our tickets at the will call booth.That was no problem. The bus portion was very disappointing.I will never use this company again. The real kicker was, they would not give me a refund. They changed the tour. I either had to do the hop on hop off bus as replacement or try to schedule the tour another day that they would have the full tour that they advertised. I did not have an other available day. That's the most discouraging part. I would have been fine with taking my money back and getting it different tour. But that was not an option. I paid almost $300 for two people on this tour. The Alcatraz tickets were only $30 at the pier, and the hop-on hop-off tickets were only $40 for the day pwe day. So basically, I could have spent $70 per person instead, I spent a $150 a person. That sucks.

We realize this differs from the amounts mentioned, and we wanted to provide the correct information. We understand that the alternative experience did not meet your expectations of the original full guided tour, and we truly regret that. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease on this tour. The guide was friendly and inclusive, making sure everyone felt comfortable. The pickup and drop-off points were convenient, and the entire day was well-organized. It was the perfect way to see the city and meet other travelers.

Great if you wanna spend the morning hitting all the major sights with about 4-5 stops for pictures and driving by the rest. They get you to the ferry area just in time for a little lunch and to board the ferry to Alcatraz if you do that option.

This tour covers everything you’d want to see in San Francisco, from famous landmarks to hidden gems. The Palace of Fine Arts was stunning, and the Golden Gate Bridge was a dream to photograph. Very unorganized. I received many texts messages with different meet times. One time says meet at 815. Then another stated 215.

While this tour didn’t really live up to its description, I did enjoy it. We didn’t see everything on the list, which was frustrating. I understand traffic and things, but ending early to accommodate people who didn’t follow directions and being their documents for Alcatraz was super annoying. We saw Presidio, Lands End, Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Park. The guide was good and offered lots of tips and suggestions. Alcatraz was great and they let you stay on the island as long as you want (until last ferry back), which was great. The island is run by the IS Parks service and was well worth the visit.
