The ride there was smooth, Mauricio and Jose waited for us and on our way there Jose took his time to explain to us where we were passing and gave us a quick summary about each place.

Rudy and Gustavo made our girls trip unforgettable! Our group went ziplining and explored a wonderful animal sanctuary afterwards. Rudy was knowledgeable, helpful and very personable! We will absolutely be back and will request Rudy every single time!

We booked excursion for the zipline/hot springs and horseback rides. All the employees at the Rincon were wonderful. Our driver Alejandro was very informative. He showed up on time and cane prepared with snacks and waters for the trip which my kids appreciated. He told us a lot of great information about Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend this tour. Our family really enjoyed it.

Orlando & Rudy were the best tour guides, very friendly interact with us and remembering our names like we knew each forever, took us where we request from them to go after the tour (gift shops & mcdonalds). Josè our guide was extremely knowledgeable about everything, from the history of Costa Rica, to all the different plants, animals and the landmarks. Mauricio our driver was very kind and experience driver got us from point A to point B both safely and on time! Both were extremely kind, easy going, and did their best to ensure we had a good time!
