Grupptransport till eller från Nashville Airport (BNA)

We booked this shuttle from the Nashville airport to our hotel, TownePlace Suites, Midtown. The driver, Corey, picked us up on time. There were 6 adults, luggage for all and a wheelchair for my Mom. We requested a stepping stool in advance to help my Mom up the first step. There was none. The pick up location is across the street from the airport near hotel shuttles and Uber/Lift. It is about a 10 min walk. Corey opened the door, but did not lift a finger to help put the luggage and wheelchair aboard. He also did not offer to help my Mom. We did it all. The luggage filled the isle. I did not find Corey warm and friendly, but we were pleased with him when we were dropped off at the wrong hotel: Towneplace Suites, Downtown instead of Midtown. Corey returned to remedy the situation. We were reloaded: the 6 of us, luggage, and Mom’s wheelchair and taken to the right hotel! Thank you, Corey! We were at a loss as to what to do since these hotels do not offer shuttles. I would not recommend this Joy Ride Experience for those who are traveling with seniors and luggage. It really is not equipped for either!

I help organize an annual golf trip for a bunch of friends that's grown to about 14-16 folks and one of the things I do is make sure we have reliable transportation back and forth not only from the airport and hotel, but to each golf course. Trey and his group of drivers were OUTSTANDING! Always on time, always communicating, and were available even when we needed to get picked up early due to torrential downpours! The shuttle vans were clean and convenient for our party and we needed 2 for our group. They handled all the times for pick up, using my tee-times and travel times to schedule everything, and above all else, Trey had security covered for our opening trip with a guard Dashund named Squatch. Thank you!

Visited Nashville with a group of friends for my birthday. I needed an affordable option to pick up my group of 10 from the airport & transport us to our hotel near broadway. I was hesitant to book this service as there was only one prior review from 2019. I am so glad I decided to go through with it. Our driver was punctual, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely use this service again & highly recommend it for future travelers
