Stingray City: Besök Stingray City, en grund sandbank i North Sound, där du kan interagera med vänliga stingrockor i deras naturliga livsmiljö. Du kan stå eller snorkla med dessa magnifika varelser, och om du har tur kanske du till och med får en kyss av en av dem.

Ferry was an enthusiastic captain. He was very excited to show us the wonders of Grand Cayman. I like how he followed our pace and had some great recommendations
Our guide, Res, was very knowledgeable and helped us ‘hold’ the stingrays. It made for a great excursion.
Mark was a great captain and host. On time and very friendly. He is extremely experienced as a guide and gave suggestions that made the experience more personal and meaningful. We would not hesitate to do this again. He was on time and got us to interact with stingrays and went to starfish point. He even entered the water at bioluminescent bay to demonstrate the bioluminescent plankton.
Very flexible itinerary, very nice boat, concierge level service, knowledgeable guiding especially in relation to the stingrays!
We were very much looking forward to our Island Charter, but the Capt had to cancel shortly after we left the dock due to the weather. It had been gusty windy all day and it did not give up by our 9pm time. The Capt had met us exactly where we were told he would be at the dock. He was friendly and informative. We left the dock and started the really cool trip out into the water, but when it started to get pretty rough, he advised us that we should turn back around as he was concerned for our safety. We were incredibly bummed, but as the group of us do not know the waters at all, we were glad that he was honest. It would have been awesome though. The sky was pitch black and you could see stars everywhere. The owner, Cody, called us to apologize and let us know we would be refunded. Would recommend!
We had an amazing experience with Cody. We were able to fit in everything we wanted do while our cruise ship was in port. We visited Stingray City, Starfish Point, and had a delicious lunch.
Captain Cody was fantastic. Our family loved his knowledge of stingrays and the best snorkeling spots. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the bioluminescent water. We would absolutely book this again. We have been to a few different stingray cities. Grand cayman has the biggest and most interactive stingrays. It was a great tour and we would definitely recommend you do this
Warning: SCAM Alert We booked a boating experience, and things quickly took a turn for the worse when we tried to cancel. Our cancellation request was denied, and despite waiting for the operator, no one ever showed up. To make matters worse, we was refused for a refund and needed to chargeback the transaction. Avoid this service at all costs!
Customer claimed he'd canceled prior to 24 hour before his tour; however, if he had he would have received a full refund from viator. We have nothing to do with this process. He was also unable to provide any proof of him doing so (cancelation confirmation email etc). He swore he had canceled so I advised him to go through with the chargeback as there may have been an issue with viators online software. We had his time slot blocked on our calendar for three months and last minute tells us he's instead going out with with another company. We were disappointed to hear this. Client specifically told me on Viators messaging app he not coming so we listened and didn't go to meet him at the dock. He then asks someone named R*** to go to the dock and note we weren't there with the malice intention of getting a refund via us being a no show. We have proof of all of this in Viators messaging app. Wish he would have told us to continue with the charter because his friend R*** was going to take his place instead. Crews wages come mostly from tips.
Beautiful water, great boat, wonderful experience. Personal guide is the way to go vs all the big tour type boats if you can swing it. Made my kids feel welcome, reassured them, and made the experience easy. They had a blast!
Cody and Joe were an absolute blast. They really know how to show you a great time at Stingray City, Star Fish Point and snorkeling. Boat was phenomenal. A must do in GCM!
