I’d a great day in Grampians national park where I enjoyed the day at the beginning with a nice cake and cup of chocolate after a close pickup then we went to Ararat where we saw Kangaros then the great canyons between the mountains where we got up to the top of the mountain and then we went to the balconies from which we saw the whole fantastic Mountain View from near the clouds. Though the day was so rainy, however, Micheal (our great gift of the day, the driver & tour guide) has managed the time perfect and switched the schedule to start with the great canyon before the rain. The whole day was full of great scenes of forest, mountains lakes, & waterfalls in addition to short breaks. Micheal was so decent to the extent that he returned back again to a previous point where I lost my eye glasses after taking the permission of the whole group who were also so nice to accept returning back again. On returning back, Micheal was also keen to drop each one off at his hotel or so close. He really was the maestro of the day and dud what he could do to let us enjoying the whole day. Jools was entertaining, informative, and endearing. This trip was absolutely beautiful and magical. My cousin and I had the very best day seeing beautiful places and animals with a guide who became a friend.
Our trip to the Grampians was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to our incredible guide, Jools! Right from the start at the meeting point, her warm energy set the perfect tone for the day. She greeted us enthusiastically (complete with a cute plush koala!) and made a genuine effort to memorize everyone’s names right away, which was incredibly sweet. The pacing of the whole day was brilliant. Jools was so passionate and energetic, giving us clear and lively introductions at every single stop. The ride itself was a highlight. Her vehicle was spotless and extremely comfortable. She played beautiful, uplifting music, and at one point, the vibe was so good that the entire bus joined in for a sing-along! When we were tired, the drive was incredibly smooth and quiet, allowing everyone to rest peacefully. Jools truly went above and beyond. She treated us to cakes and chocolates during our break, which made us feel so well cared for. She was also exceptionally attentive to an elderly lady in our group who had trouble walking, constantly looking out for her to ensure she never lagged behind. Plus, whenever she spotted rare wildlife on the road, she would slow down to let us appreciate the animals. Every meal and restroom stop was timed perfectly. Even when afternoon fog ruined our plans to see the main lookout, Jools didn't let that ruin our day. She quickly pivoted and took us to a beautiful waterfall instead, ensuring we wouldn't go home disappointed by a wall of white mist. We are so grateful for Jools’s passion and warmth. This day trip was a real highlight of my trip to melbourne. Amazing scenery at the grampians National Park. I wish I could have stayed longer. Jools our guide was amazing and made our day really enjoyable.

This tour was cancelled because they require 6 people and it was only.my husband and myself. We were very disappointed. We were refunded our payment but we travelled from North Queensland and were really looking forward to this tour.

We never take the decision to cancel a tour lightly. On this occasion, the tour did not reach the minimum number required to operate, despite us keeping the departure open as long as possible in the hope that further bookings would come through. As soon as it became clear that the tour could not proceed, our team contacted you more than 48 hours prior to departure, arranged a full refund, and offered a range of alternative options. We completely understand that this does not remove the disappointment, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Melbourne and would welcome the opportunity to show you the Grampians on a future visit.
David our tour guide was the best!
What a beautiful tour! Grampians is truly wonderful, great views with close encounter of kangaroos!!! What even made our tour extra special is our guide David N. He is by far the best guide I’ve ever meet not just here in Australia but even in other countries. Guides make sure you’re ok but never had I experienced a guide going to so much trouble as to provide us hot drinks and muffins and water, even wipes🙂 Royal treatment indeed in Victoria! Moreover he was super nice, friendly and thoughtful, always checking if we’re ok/comfortable. Best of all, he is not only very informative (first time I’ve heard about the kangaroo & emu significance in the coat of arms even if we did a tour in Canberra🙂) but he is super cool—his being chill and constant reminding us we’re on vacation kept my stress in check so I was able to relax more and enjoyed the tour more! While it’s a tour, I never felt rushed, a novel experience indeed! I hope more people can join him in his trips to know what I’m talking about🙂
