Vår lokala och väl förnyade kock kommer att driva dig med sitt expert och professionella stöd för att skapa de recept du väljer; våra ingredienser är färska, ekologiska, lokala "från gård till bord" och roligt är säker. I slutet av tillverkningen kommer du att ha nöjet att njuta av middagen med den måltid du har förberett, åtföljd av ett topp lokalt vin. Du kan välja mellan fyra olika menyer: 1.Fiorentino: Croste med Pecorino-ost Honung och valnötter, Hemlagad Tagliatelle med Dotterini och Basilico eller Ragout sås, Tiramisù kaka, Vin 2.Crazy för pasta: Tagliatelle, Gnocchi och Ravioli med päron och pecorinoost 3.Medieval erfarenhet: Ribollita, Pappa al pomodoro, Medeltida tårta 4.Crazy för köttbullar: veggie "polpette", florentinsk "polpette", torsk "polpette"

We had a great experience, the food was great, and the chef was fantastic. Only strange thing was the address that we were given (for Uber) to drop us off was the main office. We then had a long walk to where the cooking class was. This needs to be clarified.
Our chef was fun. He taught us without taking over the experience. AND.. the food! Our efforts were enjoyed with some wine. We left feeling very excited and confident that we will be able to prepare any of the dishes when we get home.
Gustavo our Chef was fantastic, fun, high energy and excellent teacher. Met great people and ate amazing food!
Fun. From the chefs to the other guests to the ambiance. Lovely experience. Great group meal at the end with all we cooked and 🍷
