I've used booking.com a lot for accommodation and found them good. I used them to book a flight from Marrakesh to Lisborn with Air Portugal. When the flight was cancelled on 3 June 2026 due to a general strike in Portugal, I needed to rebook and seek a refund. It was hopeless going through booking.com for the refund. They just send you to the airline and add no value whatsoever. It just adds someone else to blame to the transaction. I'll always go direct to the airline in future (and download the airline App).

We bought my brother and niece this experience for their holiday and they absolutely loved it! From the air while parasailing, they got to see a whale and her calf shortly after the calf was born! They said the crew was awesome! My husband and I will be going back and using the same service my family did! Super friendly staff from check in to crew!

The crew was so informative and fun to be around. There were two children who were nervous to go up and they were quite patient with them. The children came back down and wanted to do it again. We had a great time, would highly recommend parasailing with this group.

it was a very windy day so we both had to request to come down as we didnt feel well from all the swaying. not the best experience as we also had to forego our jet ski activity afterwards
Really fun experience, weather can be a challenge and the surrounding area is quite scarce, one place to eat food besides the fine dining restaurants. Team were really friendly and took nice photos.
With this company, we did two activities: tandem parasailing and a speedboat ride. My wife, son, and daughter did the tandem parasailing. I’ll admit—I’m a bit of a chicken when it comes to these things, so I stayed back. The operation felt very safe and professional, which gave me complete confidence to let them go on their own. My family said the parasailing was absolutely extraordinary and enjoyed every single moment of it. The second activity was the speedboat ride. Initially, I didn’t want to do it, but I joined in because my daughter was coming along. She’s a petite little girl, so we seated her safely in the middle, with my son and me on either side to keep her secure throughout the ride. For all of us, the speedboat experience was fantastic—very well executed and incredibly fun. I was quite scared at the start, especially thinking about my daughter, but she absolutely loved it. The ride was a bit rough at times, but everything felt controlled and safe, and we enjoyed it immensely. The entire experience was very well organised, systematic, and clearly safety-focused. The staff were polite, caring, and attentive, which made a big difference and put us at ease. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend this experience to other families. Hopefully, when my children are a bit older, we’ll come back again and let them enjoy it on their own. Thank you for a memorable experience.
