Driver was waiting around the corner from the hotel. Even though several other drivers picked up in front of the hotel. We were waiting in the vestibule for 20 minutes. Driver insinuated we weren’t on time. I also found out the service was more expensive than taking a taxi.
The driver was on time. He was personable and used an efficient route. I would recommend for the return journey but not the arrival. The chances of airline delays while unable to communicate are too high, and the service is difficult to contact.
This transfer service company kept trying to arrange for pickup at the airport instead of our hotel. The cancellation process was a written email as per the company's policy...not very helpful when on holiday. Easier and cheaper to just contact the local taxi service. GlasGo Taxis are my recommendation for using while in and around the Glasgow area!
Driver was on time and got us to airport on time. He was very personable. Very pleased. Dropped us off as close as he could
