If you want to go and return quickly with brief explanations, this is your tour. It became poor in terms of history and culture. In short, it is to take a shared driver in a minibus. The driver was very pleasant, the bus was of high quality; however, do not sit in the back because the jolting and movement will leave you exhausted. I would only recommend it if you want something quick, or if you cannot rent a car, which I truly believe is the best option; we could not due to logistics. In the tour I took, it mentioned the causeway and bridge of Carrik, which we saw from kilometers away and with the zoom of the mobile phone.

To experience commentary, information and locations along the Antrim Coast, our Fully Guided Giants Causeway Day Tour is advised! As stated in the Express Tour itinerary, this allows for a direct drive to Giants Causeway, with a Photo Stop at Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge Viewing Point. You travelled in a luxury, high quality coach. So it is shocking to receive feedback you felt drained due to the bumps and movement of the road.. We appreciate all feedback! Thanks
Fantastic day and the right amount of time for us to see the causeway (2.5 hours). Smaller bus with a great group and wonderful driver.

Absolutely appalling experience with McCombs Coach Tours. Our Giant’s Causeway trip was cancelled with less than 48 hours notice via email only — no explanation and no courtesy phone call. Unfortunately for us we missed the email and turned up for the tour, only to be met by dismissive and completely unapologetic member of staff in the office. Had we received a call we would have swapped to the full day tour subject to availability so very short sighted of the tour operator. The Giant’s Causeway was one of the must see highlights of our planned two day trip to Belfast, so thankfully we managed to rebook the same day with a far more reputable company. To date, our refund still has not been processed. Poor communication and even worse customer service throughout. Would not book again. Avoid this company at all costs.

When purchasing tickets, it is stated - On the rare occasion of tours being cancelled, we will make contact. As you mentioned, an email was delivered to you explaining and apologising for the cancellation, prior to your scheduled tour. We accept the disappointment you experienced when receiving this information at the expected check-in time.
