Vi erbjuder ett unikt sätt att utforska Metropolitan Museum, genom noggrant utvalda, tematiska, interaktiva turer. Vi inkluderar diskussion, aktiviteter och allmosor för att skapa en distinkt upplevelse. Turister kommer att utforska konstverk från hela världen och från många kulturer, titta på kopplingar mellan dem och utforska deras relation till temat. Från det kusliga till det skrämmande, det makabra till det mystiska, det spöklika till det kusliga, de interaktiva ”Ghost Stories” tar besökarna på en rundtur i saker och ting skrämmande i Metropolitan Museum. Deltagarna kommer att resa över kulturer och över tid för att se Flygande Holländare och begravningsmasker, stilleben och skulptur. Vi kommer att titta på egyptiska, amerikanska och europeiska konstverk, för att nämna några, plus göra en rolig aktivitet. Hela tiden kommer vi att titta på hur olika kulturer skildrar det skrämmande och det ohyggliga, i jakten på det som skrämmer oss... och varför. Denna tur rekommenderas för barn 10 och uppåt.

I had a wonderful experience on the Met Ghost Tour with Evie! She was incredibly kind, engaging, and made the tour interactive by asking questions and encouraging discussion. She also made my 9-year-old feel included throughout the tour, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something unique to do in New York!

We went on this tour for our work Halloween party, and it was so much fun! Evan was so knowledgeable, and it was so interesting thinking about art in a different way. We went to parts of the Met that I didn't even know existed. Such a unique experience, highly recommend!!!!

My wife and I met with our tour guide Evie /Evan right on time and she made the tour fun and informative. Luckily we were the only individuals that showed up do due the others having to cancel. She was great with the information and was able to answer all of our questions. We would definitely do another tour with her.

The whole family (two parents and kids 15,12 and 12) totally enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide (the owner of the company) gave such a great tour and kept everyone engaged. We all really loved it and learned so much. It was a great way to go through parts of an overwhelmingly large and beautiful museum with a mixed group of ages and attention spans. The group was small (6 of us total) and I believe she limits it to 12 tops, so you have the opportunity to ask questions. She has years of previous experience working for the met and knows so much about the art there. This tour was not scary at all. My 12 year old said he wanted to do another tour with her tomorrow!

Evie was awesome! She is very entertaining and knows a lot about the museum. She worked there a long time and gave us great tips as to what to look at after the tour. What was great was how she pointed out pieces that we may have never looked at twice before and now we had a story that went with it.
