[Besökt på tisdagar och torsdagar] Välkommen till en värld av Seto ware, en tradition som har fortsatt att leva vidare i tusen år. Detta expansiva keramikmuseum mäter 1 800 kvm och låter besökaren helt fördjupa sig i Setos keramikkultur. Här finns en reproduktion av Seto, en pulserande 1900-talsstad av keramik, på 2: a våningen, och en samling av keramik från antiken till modern tid på 3: e våningen.

Excellent experience. Mika provided good advice especially in the hot weather. The only complaint would be the bento, I wish there was a gluten free option, I would have gladly paid more for it as I couldn’t eat much out of the box. If you are celiac pack your own lunch. We loved riding the cat bus and walking through the forest
Ghibli time was short, and on the day, Toyota Museum cancelled and enjoyed Ghibli
Fantastic tour to Ghibli Park. Finding the meeting point was a little challenging, so make sure you budget time to find it. The guide Tomoko was so sweet and all the guidance was very clear. The lunch was delightful, as was the special gift upon arrival. As we went in August, it was very hot at the park, so bring cooling devices (fans, towels, umbrellas) to make going around the park more comfortable. We went to the Automotive Museum and I wish we had a little more time there as there was much to see in the cultural side that we didn't have time to explore. The tour could have returned at 6pm instead of 5pm and that would have helped not to rush the museum. Overall, a lovely experience that took the guesswork out of the Ghibli ticketing process.
Excellent service from Lily, the tour was very pleasant with air conditioning on the bus. In the park, it is recommended to go at other times because it is very hot in July. The tour is 100% recommended
We had a great time. Not only did the bus take us there, they provided a bento lunch, a small gift, explanation of what to expect and even a small excursion after!

Getting Ghibli Park tickets ordinarily is basically impossible. So this tour is another way in. However, there was some admin issue between Viator and the tour agency -- I had changed the date of my tour several weeks before and Viator emailed me that the change had been made. But the tour agency somehow didn't get the memo. So the tour agency wouldn't let me participate and we spent an hour trying to sort it out with Viator. Eventually we did, but it was not a good experience. If you need to change the dates, I will recommend canceling on Viator and rebooking instead of changing the date of the tour. But the tour itself was great. We were given a delicious bento, though we couldn't eat it inside the Ghibli Warehouse. Our tour guide was friendly and helpful. While she could not do anything about my situation (it was the agency and she was a contractor), she did what she could to make me feel assured. We also visited the ceramics museum at Seto. Lastly, my fellow tourists were fun and I made a friend.
The visit was very enjoyable. Our guide was thoughtful, considerate, and was aware of all her guests needs. She kept the group together until we arrived at the line to enter. I stress this because of a bad experience in Kyoto with the guide.
This bus tour was a great way to experience Ghibli Park. Their availability is more flexible and convenient than purchasing park passes directly. Lily was a courteous and professional guide and the bento boxes were a nice convenience.
Our guide Maki was excellent. I really liked how knowledgeable she was about the Ghibli park and all the work she put into making the experience special. BUT the people on the trip made it extremely difficult to enjoy. We were supposed to leave at 8:45am and didn’t leave til 9:12am because people were late. And because they were late we missed our chance to get special tickets to see Howl’s Moving Castle. Which was Extra frustrating because we waited in line for 48mins just to be turned away when we were literally next in line for the tickets. So, the 27min delay waiting for others to show up, made us miss the chance, And we wasted 48mins out of 5 hours. The Ghibli Park its self was overly crowded, and we went on a Monday. There was a line for pretty much Everything. Which was annoying, especially considering the only real thing to do was take pictures with your favorite characters. Sounds cool, til you realize you have to wait in line for 20-45mins for a photo. There was even a line for the gift shop, which is crazy. AND the gift shops were SO crowed you couldn’t really LOOK at much of anything. Additionally, we waited 20mins for people to get back to the bus to leave the Ghibli Park. I was very excited about going to the ceramic museum, which we were supposed to spend 45mins exploring. But by time everyone got off the bus and to the museum we only had 30mins left. Over all, Maki was fantastic, the rest of the trip was kinda horrible.
