Lär dig hur du rullar 'sfoglia' (färsk pasta) för hand och hur du förbereder 2 enkla olika sorters pasta från grunden med din Cesarina. Som grädde på moset får du lära dig att förbereda även den ikoniska Tiramisu. Dela din passion för det italienska köket när du får nya vänner i denna praktiska matlagningskurs. Emanuela and her husband were amazing hosts! Our two families had a great time making pasta and tiramisu in their beautiful home!
This is an absolute must. The hosts were fantastic. Pasta out of this world and so much fun. We had a most enjoyable time and felt like the best treated guest Thank you to our hosts Mateo and Tomaso you were the best.

There passion for providing the best experience possible is amazing whilst sharing tizianas local recipes. If you’ve got this far, don’t think about it any further, book this one. Absolutely excellent experience! Daniele was a fantastic teacher and incredibly hospitable. She welcomed us into her home on Christmas! If you've never made homemade pasta before, this is a great way to learn. We enjoyed getting to eat our delicious meal afterwards. We highly recommend this tour.
