Great trip, highly recommended (even though the bridge was broken and we couldn't sail towards the old town). Our captain, Marta, welcomed me warmly. She explained everything perfectly. And even though my English is not very good yet, I understood everything and was able to have a great conversation with her. A warm and funny young woman 🥰 The ride started at 10 PM; it was pleasantly warm. We were greeted with a non-alcoholic Prosecco and blankets (in case we got cold 😅). The drive along the shipyards was impressive. The sky and the light at this time were simply top-notch. On the way back, you head towards the lights of the city, which reflect on the Motława River. So beautiful. Thank you, Marta, for this unique experience 😘
Very nice experience even for a solo traveller. We had wonderful weather and a lovely sunset. The ride was very relaxing.
This is a terrible trip. DO not go on thIs trip. Description is landmarks and history of region. Upon getting into the boat gave paper cup of mulled wine. Not preseccio. The crew told us at the start we could buy drinks but that is the only interaction they had. There was no commentary or anyone telling you anything. We went at approximately 5 knots as we were in the port and speed restriction. All I saw was a working port where the highlights were the cement factory and the scrap yard. When we finally got out of the port I expected the boat to go faster and along the beautiful coast line. It didn't. It turned and went back into the port. Also the map and description it gives is wrong and it was only by chance we found it about 800m on up the river. I can only assume the review was written by the owner. Biggest waste of money and lasted abut 1hour 30. DO NOT TAKE THIS TRIP.
Dear customer, The tour is not guided with is mentioned in the decription, as well as the route – but we provide maps and printed info that helps discover the fantastic city, and harbour of Gdańsk. The trip throught the Port of Gdańsk , Old Town and shipyard – is a unique opportunity to discover an unusual perspective! For the majority of our clients this is the best part of the trip – yes speed 5 knots as this are the harbour restrictions. We are sorry that the tour has disappointed you. We are doing our best to make for our guests a great time.
A fun evening cruising on the river, the welcome drink and warm rug for your legs were gratefully accepted! Really enjoyable evening with a friendly crew.
Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the cruise, the welcome drink, and the cozy touches. It was a pleasure having you on board, we hope to see you again soon! 😊
