Vandringstur genom de livliga marknaderna och historiska torgen i centrum av Catania för att smaka på den bästa gatumaten i staden. Att besöka Catania utan att njuta av den fantastiska gatumat som finns tillgänglig dygnet runt, från morgon till kväll, skulle innebära att inte ha en sann vision av staden. Gatumaten i Catania har en sann kult anhängare. Staden är nu ett måste för alla gourmeter och matälskare. Du har även möjlighet att välja kvällstur med avgång kl. 17.00. Turen börjar med ett besök i benediktinerklostret, följt av en aperitif med hästkött och vin i solnedgången i den historiska miljön i Ursino slott innan du når Piazza Duomo för att njuta av den traditionella arancino. Slutligen kommer den söta delen av turen att ta dig genom ett urval av sicilianska bakverk delikatesser, inklusive den berömda ricotta cannolo, cassatella och mandelmassa under vintermånaderna, eller uppfriskande siciliansk granita under sommarmånaderna.

This was a great tour where we got to try many foods and also see around the city as we walked from place to place. Our guide was very kind and explained all the foods well. We tried cipollina, deep fried anchovies, cheese, arancino, and granita.
Alessandra, our guide, was very good. You learn about Catania's history and get to sample lots of food.

We had a great time exploring the city and eating the food of Catania. Everything was delicious and our guide was great. She even had perfect suggestions on where we should go after the tour. Bring a bottle of water though as beverages aren’t offered at most stops.

The experience was very pleasant, I knew all the most important cities of Sicily, except Catania, I must say that the city left me with a bitter taste in my mouth as it was very dirty, the others nearby very interesting and pleasant to visit.

This was an excellent introduction to the city. I enjoyed most of the food that was on offer and the guide was really friendly and so were the rest of the group.

Fantastic! Very positive experience, walking in the center of Catania, between historical sites and sites.... gastronomic was satisfying in every sense! We didn’t get to take the tour because we didn’t have phone service to cancel within 24 hours and once the request was sent, it was denied.
Thank you for your message. However, we would like to clarify that a review is meant to be feedback on a service that was actually experienced. In this case, since the tour was not taken, it does not qualify as a review. We have already explained privately the reasons for not agreeing to a refund. we were only informed about the cancellation 3 hours before the tour, after we had already prepared everything for your group. We had paid the guide in full and purchased all the food in advance. Your booking was for 12 people and the group was nearly private, which caused us a significant economic loss due to this inconvenience that was not caused by us. Kind regards.
