Gå ut ur stan! Fyrar, stränder och forten Tour! Dårskap till Sullivan's Island

Det finns så mycket mer som väntar dig utanför Charleston-halvön! Här är din möjlighet att ta en liten grupp, 1/2 dagstur (8 eller mindre) i min 2021 Mercedes Sprinter. Den här turen har något för alla, medan vi besöker de mest pittoreska platserna utanför gränserna i Lowcountry. Få din dos av fyrar, stränder, bryggor, fort och oändlig historia. Du kommer snabbt att förstå hur viktigt Charleston-området är i amerikansk historia, samtidigt som du tar in havsbrisen. Först reser vi till Folly Beach för att besöka fyren, stranden och piren. Därefter en biltur genom historiska Citadel Military College. Sedan vidare till Sullivan's Island och för att promenera på Fort Moultrie-området, ut till stranden och den bästa utsikten över Charleston från vattnet. Äntligen fyren. Jag är en stadscertifierad reseguide som tar dig utanför gränserna! Det finns promenader på denna turné, och inkluderar stranddyner. Det finns ett minimum på 4 personer för att denna turné ska fungera. Diskutera mobilitetsfrågor innan.

Vi kommer att gå en kort, intressant väg till slutet av denna ö för att få en vacker utsikt över Charleston Harbor och den sjätte äldsta fyren i USA. Promenaderna är 1/4 mil och inkluderar lite strand och sand.
Folly Pier var en gång nöjesparkens Mecka på 50-talet och är i fokus för denna strandsurfstad, med många turistaktiviteter. En souvenir och ett vilorum stannar också.
Vi kommer att ta en biltur runt detta fotogeniska, berömda militära campus och stanna för ett par Snap! Skott.
Historien om det koloniala USA ligger vid detta turnéstopp. Tusentals och åter tusentals importerade afrikanska slavar stannade här i karantänhus under den påtvingade vandringen till Nordamerika. Revolutionens första sjöstrid, de första bilderna av Civil och den mest lugna strandplatsen i Charleston -- är allt här. Om tiden tillåter besöker vi nationalparkens besökscenter.
Vi kommer att stanna och se den fulaste fyren i USA.

A great alternative visit to the downtown Charleston tours with the opportunity to visit historic sites on the outskirts of the city. Friendly and informative tour guide.
Great way to get to the beach.... 4 different ones!
Lee Ann was a great tour guide. We enjoyed her commentary for all of the sites visited. It add meaningfull context and history to the tour
The tour guide was fun, interesting stories and I would recommend to friends. We had 6 friends traveling together and it turned out to be a private tour.
LeeAnn was excellent! She was thoughtful and friendly. There were only 6 in our group which made it like we were one family. She brought us a delicious treat & water. We didn't feel rushed at each stop & she even took and shared family pictures! She's full of little surprises that made it special. I wish we would've been able to get out at the Citadel for pictures of the military machines around the green. We'd definitely take another tour with her!

Leanne was our tour guide and she was simply terrific! We did the Get Out of Town tour for a different view of the Charleston area. Leanne knew so many facts about the areas we visited and easily answered our questions. She had water available for our group and even brought us a local snack. She took several picture of our group and didn’t even have to ask. Highly recommend this tour for a different view of the Charleston area.

Our host Leanne was very gracious and arranged to pick us up at the cruise ship port. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable in the spacious Mercedes bus. Leanne took us to several great locations as well as a small tour of the downtown area. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend her tour.

This was a wonderful tour! Leann was an amazing tour guide and we got to see things the normal city tours don't show you. If you're in Charleston, make sure you book this tour, you won't regret!
