This is a very non-creative workshop: cheap, low-effort ingredients and an exaggeratedly American vibe, with nothing authentic about it. It’s mostly just a PowerPoint presentation — more concept than execution
We had a great sushi making experience! The staff was great, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun! Sushi ended up being pretty good as well! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience! Learned how to make two types of sushi, with a variety of fish and filling options, and simple step-by-step guidance. Ryoku was my instructor, and she was very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. 10/10 recommend!!

Very good experience for learning how to make sushi! Easy to follow for beginners. The staff were patient, kind, and friendly, and they speak English as well.

Expectations were high but they were more than met. A very fun experience from the very beginning. Kasu was very kind and helpful. And Kenshim is so charming and funny, made the whole experience even better. Thanks for the whole staff for providing such a great time on my last day in Tokyo.
