The history lesson before hand was very informative. And the hands on sharping was very interactive and the staff was very helpful and created a very joyful environment. Nako was very helpful checking blade sharpness quality and giving tips and tricks to making an even sharp edge.

Use the booking via AAA. It was a great time, staff extremely friendly and a get take home gift. Only negative is you have to pay extra for additional knife which AAA site lacked to mention but other site may have noted this.
Such a fun experience with super fun and helpful guides/teachers. Would highly recommend.

We had so much fun in this class! Japan is known for their excellent kitchen knives and it was so special to make one. We were guided to sharpen, polish, and engrave our own knives. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, Harry!
