Vi kommer att utforska gravar av kända personer som Rafael och Victor Emmanuel II, gräva i Pantheons övergång från hedniskt tempel till kristen kyrka. The Pantheon was amazing. The last minute notice (30 minutes) that there was a mass was frustrating. You would think they would know that ahead of time. We received our tickets promptly, which was great, but then it was not clear where to line up once we got here. We would have appreciated better communication here.
There is no skip-the -line premium entrance to the Pantheon. They just take your money! Buy an electronic ticket and resell it to you! Yesterday we bought tickets for 5pm through them, asked where is the skip the line entrance and employees explained me what is going on!!! There are two lines - one for visitors with online tickets, second for ordinary tickets.
The activity provider, Roma AMORE , did not process our tickets so we were unable to use their service as planned. We did not find this out until we arrived. We never had this issue in other cities when using Viator to schedule activities.
They charged me, sent a voucher instead of a ticket and when I called said the site was down and there was no guarantee it would be back up. They offered a refund and at first I was willing to wait but then ai elected to get the refund instead and they said no. It was clearly a scam.
Very fast to get last min ticket. Literally I bought them an hour before and they WhatsApp me. It’s not a scam.
Never received tickets, was glad that the lady at the entrance was so nice and after much desperate talk by us still let us in only with the voucher. The pantheon was breathtaking for this, though, you must have seen when you are in Rome!
Was meant to have tickets sent the day prior to entry. Got to Pantheon stillwithout ticket. Entry was meant to be at 19am, at 10:29 after failed phone calls and messages was sent the tickets. Have had to now cancel other tours as this was so late. Do not recommend.

This place is one of my favorite in rome, we have visited second time already,but this time I booked from them and it was way much more comfortable and easy. You can experience real time travel here.
