Truth is, the girl was good, but there's no need for a guide. The museum is very small and contributed nothing to the experience. Again, I don't blame her. I just think it's a nonsense to pay a hundred bucks to do something that doesn't need an escort at all. The stadium tour already has a guide. To be honest, I felt ripped off but all was well.
Estimado SR FEDERICO, La verdad que nos parece totalmente inapropiada la calificación de 1 estrella. Ya que todos los servicios fueron brindados tal cual lo contratado. Esta más que claro que es un tour guiado con un guía turístico profesional, ya que los tours y visitas que brinda el museo son únicamente en español y no son personalizados. Solo son guiados para realizar el recorrido ya que así lo requieren las autoridades. Nos parece una falta de respeto tanto para nosotros como empresa como para la "chica" que es un ser humano profesional, guía de turismo matriculado y certificado, para lo cual estudio y se perfecciono. Su opinión indica que desprecia el trabajo de los demás, ni comprende el valor agregado que un guía de turismo le brinda a la experiencia. En más de 22 años de experiencia recibiendo pasajeros y turistas del todo el mundo, nunca hemos tenido este tipo de reacciones y opiniones totalmente arbitrarias. Uds. contrataron un servicio, el cual está claramente especificado lo que incluye y lo que no incluye. El precio que Uds. abonaron fue el que estaba publicado, el cual aceptaron. Al realizar la compra Uds. aceptan todas las condiciones, valores y especificaciones del tour. Nadie lo estafo ni lo engaño ni le cobro extra. Todo lo contrario le brindamos un tour en privado con un guía de turismo profesional exclusivamente para Uds. en privado. Es fácil desprestigiar el trabajo de los demás, sus conocimientos, estudios y dedicación. Usted puede indicar su opinión pero colocar calificación de 1 estrella nos parece totalmente arbitrario ya que no hubo ningún problema ni el tour, ni con la guía, ni con los servicios ni con la reserva, previamente, durante el tour ni posteriormente Lo invitamos a retirar su calificación ya que no es verídica ni corresponde a los servicios brindados. Ya la hemos reportado por inapropiada.
We totally recommend this tour Alberto was our guide. He was kind and knowledgeable totally recommended. We were lucky to have access to the field as the Argentina national team was playing a couple of days after the visit

Impeccable Highly recommended the guided tour that includes the museum plus the visit to the Monumental stadium. In it, you walk the San Martin platea, you access the court where the bench of substitutes is and where they concentrate and changing rooms visiting equipment and / or artists who give recitals. Inside the club you can see where the microstadium works and then in a particular way go to the museum itself where you can see the historical overview of the club, from trophies, shirts, golden balls of scorers, presidents, shields. Really well worth the visit, beyond the club to which they can be like-minded. The guide guide guides very well and gives not only a sporting but historical context. 👍

Buenas tardes gracias por tus comentarios. Nadie engaña a la gente, nuestra empresa brinda tours y visitas guidas por guias de turismo expertos y acreditados desde hace mas de 15 años. Somos empresa oficial de viajes y turismo habilitada ante el Ministerio de Turismo de la Republica Argentina desde hace mas de 23 años. Ud esta hablando de 2 cosas diferentes, una es visitar el museo por su cuenta y otra cosa es un tour guiado personalizado, con un guia en privado solo para uds. Es facil hablar y menospreciar el trabajo de los demas. Nadie le robo, ustedes abonaron el precio que les indicaba el sistema, nadie les obligo a contratarlo ni tampoco les cobraron algo diferente a lo que aceptaron. Antes de confirmar la compra el sistema les pregunta, y solicita los datos para realizar el pago como en cualquier tour o reserva. La invitamos a retirar lo dicho ya que esta hablando de robo y engaño, lo cual es totalmente incierto y falaz. Les iniciaremos acciones legales por injurias. Es facil hablar y criticar detras de un teclado sin colocar sus datos. Seguramente en su trabajo tambien menospreciara a su jefe. Debe ser de esas personas que va a tomar un cafe y dice me cobraron 4mil pesos un cafe, cuando en mi casa me hubiera salido 1mil pesos. Sin contar el lugar, los impuestos, el valor agregado, la atencion, el servicio y demas cuestiones.
Juan Manuel was amazing! He was so through and knowledgeable - definitely one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had while traveling . We are so happy we booked this as most of the museum was in Spanish. He was able to translate and help us understand the content in English. The museum is very cool and well done - definitely a must!!

Excellent tour, even for someone who knows little about soccer. Highly appreciated our tour guide Alberto, with extensive knowledge of Argentina soccer. Although the whole experience was great, the cherry on top of the cake was the 3D movie. We really felt that we were at the party with the rest of the hinchas. I recommend without reservations.

River provides a very interesting trip for those who enjoy football. Visit to the stadium (stands and lawn) and the museum. Very organized and the museum has several attractions. The operator buys the tickets for you (apparently on the spot) and has a guide who takes part in the visit with you. Using this service is not essential if you want to take the tour, but it is interesting as the guide completes the information given in the guided tour, in addition to being very friendly. To find the Guide at the entrance, it is important to have a cell phone with you. It can be reached easily by Uber.
