På denna heldagstur kommer din guide att möta dig kl. 09.00 i din hotellobby i Zhangjiajie stads centrala eller Wulingyuan hotell, sedan besöker vi olika bergsområden som Tianzi Mountian, där världens längsta linbana tar dig till bergets topp , och det unika plattformsformade berget Yuanjiajie. Det finns mer än 500 arter av vilda djur och växtlighet i Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, inklusive sällsynta apor, gingkoträd och tusentals färgglada fåglar. De mest anmärkningsvärda geografiska särdragen i parken är dess hundratals höga sandstenspelare. Fans av storfilmer i Hollywood kommer omedelbart att känna igen det fantastiska landskapet som inspirationen till Pandoras landskap i James Camerons succéfilm Avatar.
Wulingyuan natursköna och historiska intresseområde, som ligger norr om staden Zhangjiajie, är en charmig turistattraktion. Det är en av de 40 berömda natursköna platserna i Kina. Det sägs vara 'The ampliative miniascape and the contractible fairyland' och togs upp på 'World Heritage List' 1992. Wulingyuan Scenic Area består av fyra delar - Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Suoxi Valley Nature Reserve, Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve och det nyligen tillagda Yangjiajie Scenic Area. Idag kommer din tur att besöka Zhangjiajie National Forest Park och Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve-området.
När du köper entrébiljetter till huvudparken och du tar en buss (20 min med bil) till bergskabelstationen Tianzi och måste gå upp de 200 trappstegen för att nå stationen.
Efter den 20 minuter långa linbanan når du toppen av Tianzi-berget och sedan tar vi en pendelbuss igen (5 minuters bilresa) till Tianzi Mountains centrala område som erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över toppar som reser sig en efter en. Det är känt som "Monarken av Peak Forest". På toppen av berget kan besökare se hela Wulingyuans natursköna område. Vackra scener av berget hälsar besökare under olika årstider. Det finns fyra underverk: Molnhavet, månskenets strålglans, solskensstrålar och snön på vintern.
Det är de markerade natursköna platserna i Yangjiajie. En plattform och tre grindar måste pb passera innan de når toppen av den överbelastade byn. Det finns tre toppar på toppen av byn, där landskap långt och nära kan ses. Denna stående by är i en strategisk position som är lätt att försvara och svår att erövra och har varit den plats där banditer har varit förankrade.
Zhangjiajie Tianbofu Scenic Reserve ligger i Yangjiajie natursköna område, både en magnifik och charmig naturskön reserv med många branta och kantiga klippor. De fantastiska scenerna är dolda bland stenbergen och klipporna. Att besöka här genom att gå på stenvägen längs de branta klipporna är både en spännande och äventyrlig upplevelse.
Efter Yuanjiajie (Avatar-berget) tar du en pendelbuss (15 minuters bilresa) till Bailong Elevator. Bailong Hiss är mycket magnifik. Den totala höjden på den är 335 meter (1099 fot), varav löphöjden är 326 meter (1069 fot). 154 meter (505 fot) av den totala höjden finns i bergsbrunnarna och resten av 172 meter (564 fot) bestod av stålborrtorn och andra komponenter. Hissen inkluderar tre exponeringshissar som går parallellt. Varje hiss kan ta 50 passagerare varje gång och hastigheten är 3 m/s (hastigheten har accelererats till 5 m/s sedan 2013). Om de tre hissarna går samtidigt kommer antalet enkelriktade passagerare att nå 4 000 per timme.
Golden Whip Stream (Jinbian Stream) är känd för sitt orörda vatten, sina grönskande berg, sina branta klippor och sin fridfulla dal. Som ett veritabelt "paradis" för växter är dess vägar prydda av ett överflöd av blommor, träd och gräs. Och det är också ett djurrike. Golden Whip Stream är uppkallad efter Golden Whip Crag, dess landmärke, och går från Laomo Bay till Shui Rao Si Men (vattenomgivna portar). Du kommer att vandra cirka en timme längs Golden Whip Stream och sedan ta en pendelbuss och gå ut ur parken och tillbaka till hotellet.

Flora was an amazing guide, very attentive, helpful and went out of the way several times for us.. we managed to even see a lesser known tourist spot at Zhangjiaji forest park! We had a great time.
The weather for this tour was not cooperating with us. It was rainy and had such a heavy fog that we could not see much of anything! Our guide tried so hard to get us good views though. She even brought us to a secret place that zero tourists were to try to see something and it ended up working out! Just as we were giving up hope the clouds started to lift for just a few mins. When we did have views, our guide Flora took AMAZING photos and videos of us. This tour was not rushed at all. She helped us order lunch and coffee when we got hungry. The only thing is this tour is designed to start at the east gate. Our hotel was located at the west gate so if you book this tour, make sure you stay near the east gate. We did have to pay an additional small fee because of that. All in all we really enjoyed our day and our experience with our guide.
Chris has been a kind tour guide, making the visit really enjoyable. He was nice to help us get the train tickets for the following day, as well as purchasing the ones for the Fairy Fox show. Really recommended.
The forest was amazing. Our tour guide was in the hotel lobby 1 hour before, and shared the facts about the Forest. Took us to places were we could have better view and take photos. He was really great. The forest was out of this world! Just wow
Booked this tour as it has a very good itinerary. Communication from the tour operator was very clear and my tour guide Roseanna was lovely. She picked me up at my hotel and helped me with navigating all the different busses we needed to get on. She suggested some additional places to visit and helped me to arrange all tickets. If you just have one day in the park, I highly recommend to book a tour, it’s easy to get lost and loose a lot if time trying to find the right bus. With a guide it’s super quick and you will be able to see a lot more. Queues can be long at Bailong and for me this was the least interesting I have seem on the trip, 10sec elevator ride wasn’t the highlight of the day, but the additional trip to the fields in the sky was more then worth it. I was lucky to have no rain and no clouds, so could see the fields clearly. I highly recommend. Even if Golden Whip stream is in the itinerary, I only got to see the end of it and did not walk along it as there was no time. Overall great experience, scenery is as mysterious as all the online pictures.
Eric was amazing! He picked me up at my hotel and lead me on a journey I shall never forget! Zhangjiajie is beyond anything I have ever seen or experienced before. It's beyond words; a place where heaven and earth converge, a poetry of words and I'm extremely grateful that Eric was the one to guide me on the discovery of beautiful Zhangjiajie. He is very knowledgeable, Kind and a grand host of the park. Eric is truly amazing. At the end of my perfect experience he became a friend! Thank you so much!
I had this tour on January 8th, 2020. During the middle of the winter, where Zhangjiajie is liable to have foggy rainy weather - which does not lend itself well to the beautiful photos many people post of summer time in the park. With that being said, I had a truly wonderful time. My guide spoke good English for a non-native speaker. I could hold a conversation with him and he was very knowledgable about details of the park (ie: when it opened, types of rocks within the formations, info on the ethnic minorities in the park, etc). He was very kind and did his best to keep me dry despite me having a raincoat. He also had a good eye for where to take photos and how to take them! The tour was not walking intensive, utilizing the intrapark bus service often. This was simultaneously nice and disappointing for a young guy like me who likes to hike but was also two weeks into a cross China trek. After the tour he showed me where to eat, as I had worked up an appetite. And after eating he escorted me to my hotel via a taxi which was paid for by him. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Get up early and get to the park especially during busy seasons. I think two people plus the guide is an ideal number of people ($115 each). Keep in mind this does NOT include the glass bridge which, frankly, I thought was overrated.
Our guide, Shirley, was awesome taking us to all the beautiful sights in the park. It was drizzling early in the morning and she kindly adjusted the itinerary to ensure we maximized the day's visit around the park starting off with a trek at to the Golden Whip Stream before heading out to the elevator and Avatar Mountains viewing area. Beautiful!
We had only one full day in Zhangjiajie and we did not want to miss the main spots of the park. Thanks to Eric, we could see everything we dreamed of, it was breathtaking. Without him, you cannot do it all in one day, it is a real advantage and he was an excellent guide! Very good english!
We only had a day to visit the national park, and in my opinion, it was just enough. IWe hired this company via getyourguide, and we absolutely don1t regret. We confirmed the pickup time the day before, and the guide was puntcually meeting us. We were taken in a private car all the way to the park. It's absolutely necessary to have a guide, the park is huge and you can get easily lost, take the wrong bus, and miss out all the important attractions if you don't know exactly where you're going. Also, the guide knows different ways through the park, less crowded and equally beautiful areas, where large groups don't go. I highly recommend this service, since the guide was a nice man, good english, took us to amazing places and was a really nice company. I would do it again for sure.
