eller så hämtar vi upp dig på ditt hotell för att starta vår roadtrip till kommunen El Peñol, som ligger 69 kilometer från staden Medellín, där vi kommer att göra vårt första stopp av repliken av "gamla Peñol", en stad som översvämmades för att ge plats för den enorma vattenkraftsdammen som har 2.260 hektar vatten, få på en äventyrsbåt (biljett ingår ej) för att navigera denna otroliga sjö och se de vackraste landskapen och turistattraktioner som Pablo Escobar "la Manuela" gård, båtturen, vi kommer att gå till den gigantiska klippan av Peñol som är 220 meter hög och dess 740 steg leder till en av de bästa vyerna i världen, sedan kommer vi att gå till kommunen Guatape, där du kommer att fascineras av sina Färgglada hus och deras vänliga människor, kommer vi att besöka "torget zocalos" och strandpromenaden i Guatape.

Camilo was amazing. I started off my day with the airline losing my luggage but Camilo made me forget about that. He is patient, does all the small details, and really looks out for his group. I would 100% recommend.

We did this tour with this company and our tour guide was Joshua. It was a completely private tour and he was on time to pick us up at our hotel. Lots of communication prior to our tour, during our tour, and Joshua was an absolutely knowledgeable guide. Our whole day was full of interesting information about medellin, Harare, Colombia, all of it. We are foreigners, so we knew that we wanted a tour but we didn’t know which one. Camantours offers an excellent tour to Guatape, the reservoir, and the rock. Our guide was Camilo, who is perfectly prepared and friendly. The tour is very comprehensive, and you are allowed to move at your own pace without rush or pressure. It is highly recommended.
I had a great tour with Joshua. Joshua picked me up promptly from my hotel in Laureles. He was very friendly and easy to talk to… and as a Spanish student, he was nice enough to keep the whole tour in Spanish, even though I could tell his English is good. I saw El Peñol, and climbed all 714 steps. Well worth the climb as the view is spectacular. Then we went to Guatape township and took a walk through and around. Finally we finished up with a lunch in the township where I tried the local trout and it was great. We got back almost exactly after 8 hours. I would recommend this trip and the tour company.
