Med endast åtta deltagare får du direkt, praktisk vägledning från en professionell Franska bagare som delar både praktiska tekniker och insiderhistorier. Du kommer inte bara att titta på – du kommer att forma deg, laminera bakverk och smaka en mängd olika bröd och kakor samtidigt som du lär dig historien och hemligheterna bakom dem. Från att upptäcka varför baguetten är en Franska kultursymbol till att avslöja croissantens överraskande ursprung, varje detalj ger djup till din upplevelse. Yegu was awesome. This class was short and “sweet”. Although we didn’t make croissants, we had the experience of rolling them.
Temi was amazing! Great knowledge and history about breads and I really enjoyed my class.
The class was lots of fun and educational. We had the misfortune of being in Paris during a heat spell so it was quite hot. David our instructor was kind enough to open the walk in fridge and let us stand in it briefly which helped relieve the heat. The baguettes and financiers we made were super tasty. Alas we could not take the croissant with…
Temi was such a wonderful teacher. We had such a lovely time. What an incredible way to spend time in Paris?! Fantastic memories.

What a great experience! We had ours with Temi. I absolutely loved getting to hear the history surrounding each dish that we made. We also unfortunately had an emergency situation (overheating) and she handled it with such grace and care. She immediately got a chair, some sprite, some water, something to eat and made sure my child was okay. After he was okay, we were able to continue with the class. We left with so much food! So come prepared for that.
The instructor david, it was fabulous, a great sense of humor very patient extremely knowledgeable. Yummy results.

Do this. Our baker, David, was funny and informative on baking and French culture around baking/bread. My daughters 12 and 16 enjoyed the class as much as I did and we left with a bag of goodies we made ourselves. It was perfect.
