Make a timed entry guided tour reservation.
I did not know that there was a timed entry tour you had to sign up for. I thought it was self guided. Just be aware and be cognizant of the time; since we were there 1 hour before closing and it was the last tour they were offering

An architectural gem
Our guide was very informative in explaining Frank Lloyd Wrights architectural vision. Was very informative. There are stairs so it’s not handicapped accessible.

Our group was small which was nice. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The gift shop has wonderful souvenirs.

This is a great tour of a very interesting home. Important to note that one has to contact the venue directly after purchasing the ticket via Viator to schedule the tour time.

Like a tour of a palace, but with a lot less walking!
Walking through fancy houses isn't for everybody. There's no landscape, games, rides, or show; so there's nothing wrong with taking a pass on this place. If, on the other hand, you've been to San Simeon Castle, or Biltmore, or Falling Waters, or if you ever wanted to go, you will probably enjoy this place. Frank Lloyd Wright's idiosyncratic ideas of beauty and luxury were fun to discover, and much of the house is drop-dead gorgeous (those windows -- wow). Architecture students will probably enjoy it most, but it has plenty for the rest of us to enjoy..

Guide was not good
Our guide was not friendly. She told me I could not bring my bag because it was too big. I have never on any tour have been told something like this. Completely unacceptable request.

Enjoyed the experience
Had no idea what I would be experiencing on this tour. I was pleasantly surprised with the home and the history of the home. The tour director did and incredible job of explaining every detail of the home. You could tell he loved his volunteer position. Makes me want to go visit the other Wright properties that you can tour. I recommend taking this tour
