Det här är inte bara en provning, det är ett backstagepass till den kefaliska vinodlingens själ. Medan många njuter av öns vin, förstår få resan den tar från Robola Zones oländiga sluttningar till vår källare. Det som gör denna upplevelse verkligt unik är bredden av upptäckten. Du kommer att gå bakom kulisserna av vår produktion för att se vårt hantverk i första hand innan du sätter dig ner till en mästerklass av 7 olika etiketter. Detta inkluderar våra mest sällsynta ”insider”-flaskor: Old Vines Robola, vår småsatsiga eklagrade Vostilidi och vårt hudkontakterade apelsinvin – varianter och stilar som du helt enkelt inte hittar i en typisk vinbutik. Vi tror att vin är ett samtal, så vi parar dessa sällsynta hällar med lokala ostar, vår extra jungfruolja och nybakat surdegsbröd. Det är den mest omfattande, pedagogiska och läckra fördjupning i smaker av Kefalonia som finns idag.

This is a really great place to visit. George was very informative and knowledgeable. The bread and olive oil was delicious and the local cheeses were superb. We tasted all seven wines that Sarris produced and all were very tasty. All in all a great way to spend a couple of hours. We did the more well known Barola winery some years ago and the Sarris was better than that one.
Sarris is a stunning winery, in a beautiful location. George, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and the wines. We had a tour round the vines and the bottling process. Then the tasting was wonderful, we enjoyed every wine, paired with delicious local cheeses, bread and the olive oil made by Sarris. Throughly recommend.
Had a fascinating afternoon and learned a lot about wine and wine making. The host, George, was very knowledgeable and kept my interest throughout.
Absolutely perfect! We arrived at 11am and were greeted by George who immediately sat us at a beautiful table in the shade with a stunning view. After some refreshing glasses of water we were taken on a fascinating tour of the winery (George is one of the winemakers so was very knowledgeable) and met all 3 resident cats which the family rescued as strays and gave them a home and love. We then sat back down to taste 6 different wines (they were all fabulous but we settled on 3 to bring home) with accompanying cheese, bread, olive oil etc - just perfect. Before we knew it it was 1pm!

Location wonderful with nearby sea views. Wines extremely good & represents the region well. Snacks great. George was fantastic! Great knowledge of Sarris and Global wines. A great experience!

Brief (about 2-hours) but excellent experience. Our Guide, George, provided a great history of the winery, a brief tour of the facility, a primer on the wine making process to include Greek traditions and laws pertaining to making Greek wines. We tasted whites, a rose, and a red wine all from the Sarris’s Kefalonian vineyards.

Really enjoyable few hours tasting wines and local food, lovely surroundings and excellent hosts who explain the wine making process which was interesting to know more about.
