It was a fantastic experience swimming in the thermal springs. An hour was a bit short because we didn't have time to take a little walk on the path beside the spring. Our bus driver Laura was very knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into the area. The water shoes are a very good idea. We enjoyed this trip very much.
Great experience and a great guide. We were able to have the tour in English and Spanish so the whole family understood. Over all great experience.
We arrived at the Port of Valencia. The tour operator knew we were coming in at the pier. Not until 10:30 the night before did they answer my message about location. I got the location at 7:30 when I was able to get cell service. It was 25 minutes from the port we went to grab a taxi at 8:30 and there were no taxis at the port. We waited in line with 50 other people and 3 taxis came in 20 minutes. I then tried to get an uber and that was a30-40 minute wait which would have made us miss the excursion. They are refusing to refund our money even though they never communicated how far the excursion was from the port. We have been on several excursions with Viator and are always contacted 48-24 hours in advance. The only reason they even answered me was because I inquired and then they did so when we were sailing and had no access.
The website description states the travel time to the meeting point by taxi or Uber, so you should already know this unless you didn't read the description, which isn't our fault. Viator lists the tour location, just like all tours on websites worldwide. The meeting point is always indicated, and when someone makes a reservation, I send the location via Google Maps through WhatsApp. So, unless you didn't read it, you should know this. We replied 24 hours in advance, but we're not mind readers and we don't know if you're online or have cell service. Your real problem was that you couldn't get a taxi in time, and that's not our fault. Many other cruise ship passengers joined the tour and arrived without any issues. Despite everything, we offered to pick you up at the port in a private vehicle, and you refused. For this reason, we are not refunding your money because you had all the information in advance, including the option to pick you up at the port, and yet you still didn't come. Therefore, the fault lies solely with you. Our customer service is excellent, as evidenced by our customer reviews.
Great communication by Batwing. Just a heads up if you are at all motion sickness TAKE A GRAVOL!!! Everyone is accommodating and helpful. The air conditioning in the transport needs to be on high always.

If you want to see a beautiful wonder and take some time to cool off, this beautiful spring is a MUST SEE! The tour guides were very kind and provided great Valèncian details along the way, that made it pass much quicker. Definitely bring water shoes, and the water is cold but refreshing w such heat.

Very nice experience that we would not want to miss. It takes a few hours but is really worth it. The guide told us all about the surroundings of Valencia on the bus and on the spot we got plenty of space and free time to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Just enough time to swim. Guides were great! Be mindful the van ride has to travel through mountains and may induce a little vertigo.
