Vid detta stopp kommer vi att utforska den stora pyramiden i Cholula, den största pyramiden i världen med sin bas – en imponerande arkeologisk plats som fungerade som ett betydande förspanskt ceremoniellt centrum. Du kommer att gå genom dess inre tunnlar och lära dig om dess konstruktion och rituella användning av gamla civilisationer. Andrea was a good guide, English good enough. The city portion of the tour, excellent. Agriculture portions not recommended, way too far to drive to see a fish farm and a few green houses and a nursery.

Guide was very friendly, good detail of trip and itinerary. However, we had issue with transportation and got stranded several hours delaying our trip and minimizing our time spent at second stop (Cholula).

A waste of money and time … better to get an uber and explore yourself. I felt like I didn’t get anything out of this experience if you want to call it that. Save your money.

However, we believe it's important to clarify a few key points for future travelers: The tour you booked was to Atlixco, a town officially recognized as a Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) of Mexico, known for its rich cultural, historical, and natural value. It is one of the most visited destinations in the state of Puebla. You initially stated that the full itinerary was not completed. That is true — due to heavy rain and a landslide, one stop became inaccessible, a situation entirely beyond our control. Our team acted responsibly by adapting the itinerary accordingly. Later, your complaint shifted to the claim that you simply didn’t like the destination, which we respect as a personal opinion — but it is not grounds for a full refund of a service that was carried out professionally. It’s important to note that at the end of the tour, you completed a feedback survey where you rated the guide’s service with 5 stars and indicated that everything was “good and correct.” Despite this, we offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, and you still threatened to initiate a chargeback through your bank in order to obtain a full refund. We understand that every traveler has different tastes and expectations, but we stand firmly behind the quality, professionalism, and transparency of our services. After evaluating several tour operators, we selected EU, and we made no mistake. From the first contact in the planning, until even after we were left they kept paying attention to every detail. We wanted to immerse ourselves in everything Puebla has to offer, so we took 3 tours with them on 3 different days. It was very worth it as we managed to know in depth all that the City and its surroundings has to offer, plus without wasting a single minute as the duo of Emanuel and Daniela knew it all. Fernanda, whom we only met on WhatsApp, great in every recommendation and detail. Do not hesitate to know Puebla and its history, but do not do it alone, hire Unlimited Experiences, you will surely not regret it.

We used Unlimited for 3 different tours and airport pick-up from CDMX. First, the pick-up was easy and punctual. The food tour and 2 custom private tours were fabulous. Susana was our guide on all 3 and can't say enough good things about her; informative, prepared, friendly, passionate about the topic, flexible, etc. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my Cholula Tour with Susana and Unlimited Experiences so much, I booked another tour with them the following day!
