Diana was a great guide who gave us lots of information on the coach. She also walked us into the town centre whilst pointing out features and giving more info and then gave us 1 1/2 hours to look around Piran. We also had a 5 minute stop at a fabulous viewpoint followed by a 20 minute stop where we were given tokens to exchange for samples of local fruits, savouries, desserts, drinks or crafts. An excellent trip. I’d highly recommend it.
I wish I could remember the name of our guide. A very kind lady, chatty and smiling all the way through our tour, who shared information with us on Slovenia, a country she is obviously very proud to call her home. A guided tour through the town of Piran, she took us to some wonderful sights and we had some tastings both there and at another stop on the way back to Koper. Plenty of time to wander freely through Piran and enjoyed a coffee stop too. Would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit this part of Slovenia.
I had very low expectations for this excursion because I booked it at the last minute and the two previous ones I had booked were less than I expected. Was I surprised! This was the best excursion I had and the best value for my money! I would definitely do it again. Really enjoyed the visit to Piran but most especially the visit to the local village and the sampling of local foods, wines and music that was included! What a special treat and great way to spend the day. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Claudia was our guide and resident of the area. Very nice day v. We especially enjoyed our stop in a small farm in Padna to sample wines and goodies and a farmer's market that was cute! It made our day!

Memorable experience. Robbie, Robert & Stefan were absolutely amazing. I recommend this tour, the knowledge of Stefan was incredible, even in the pursuing storm that was approaching!! Robert took us to Panda for a tasting experience of local produce which was such an everlasting experience. Thankyou Robbie for assisting us with our tour which Viator had not communicated to you!!!

Our guide, Mauricio, was terrific. On Sept. 26th, he introduced us not only to the beautiful seaside town of Piran but also gave us a very informed view of the march of history throughout the entire region. Excellent job!
