Från Angra: Halvdagstur till Terceira Island (privat)

Följ med oss på 3 timmars lugnt och avslappnat guidat besök på ön, blanda kultur och vackra vyer, vi kommer att få ut det mesta av denna tid tillsammans, köra förbi Monte Brasil, den enda halvön på ön, Goat Islet, en undervattensvulkan, São Sebastião, den första plats vi befolkade när vi anlände till ön och Serra do Cume, en av de återstående åsarna på Azorernas största caldeira! Besöket i Algar do Carvão är valfritt och beror på turens timme.

Vi kommer att besöka Monte Brasil, som passerar vulkanens krater och når utsikterna till Angra Do Heroísmo stad, varifrån vi kan bevittna historien som flyter genom staden!
Vi kommer att köra vid Baía da Salga, där vi hade en historisk kamp med spanjoren, som byggde fästningen vi kommer att ha besökt i Monte Brasil
På denna by kommer vi att besöka en av de äldsta kyrkorna på ön, liksom en Império, ett litet kapell dedikerade till Helige Ande, en av höjdpunkterna i vår kultur
Här kommer vi att bevittna Azores största Caldeira (struktur av en kollapsad vulkan), med endast två åsar kvar, var och en separerad av 7 km!
Valfritt beror på tidpunkten för turnén, eftersom den bara är öppen på eftermiddagen. Det är en tom vulkan, av dess sort är endast 3, besöket är tillgängligt, med trapp hela vägen (ingen hiss). Vi kommer att besöka strukturen, bevittna sällsynta formationer som stalaktiter bildade av kiseldioxid.

Vi hämtar från alla hotell i Angra do Heroísmo. Turer som börjar på flygplatsen, kryssningsfartyg och hotell i Praia da Vitória har en extra skatt.

Paulo was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Terceira Island. His passion for the rich culture was evident and he was so happy to share it with us. So many amazing views, sites and information. He took us to see where family villages were, even drove to where my grandfather grew up! He made the most of our 1 day on the island! Thanks so much Paulo! I would definitely recommend him.

Ricardo was our driver and guide and he was outstanding! We got way more than our money's worth with him. He took us to the caves, lava tube, and steam vents as well as Duck Lake. The scenery on the way to and from was fantastic too. You really need to see the lava tube and Duck Lake if you are on the island. They were so memorable. Ricardo was super friendly with pleasant conversation and very informative about the island and its history. He is also a firefighter so my husband enjoyed talking to him about that. He was a safe driver and picked us up right at the cruise ship with a sign on his car. We really had the perfect introduction to Terceria and look forward to going back because of him and his beautiful island.
Paulo's low-key island charm was the high point of an excellent tour. He provided us with the benefits of a lifetime spent on the island, and we learned much about the history and traditions of this beautiful island. Met us at cruise terminal and was easy to find. Highly recommended.
