Upphämtning från Abu Dhabis flygplats tillgänglig från Premier Inn Hotel Abu Dhabi. Upphämtningstid kommer att vara inom 45 minuter efter din bokade tid, du kommer att kontaktas via WhatsApp, e-post eller telefon dagen före turnén för att bekräfta den exakta upphämtningstiden.

- Moskéer och palats klädsel: Kvinnor måste bära långa lösa kläder för att säkerställa att deras armar och ben är helt täckta. De måste också täcka sina huvuden hela tiden när de är inne i moskén. Men för moskébesöket kommer företaget att förse den gamla lokala Abaya med en halsduk (lång svart klänning) om det behövs som måste returneras tillbaka.
- Män får inte visa sig ovanför knäna och måste täcka sina axlar. Underlåtenhet att göra det kommer att resultera i nekad inresa. Företaget tillhandahåller inte någon form av kläder till män.
- Turens längd är fast för varje turné/aktivitet. Men avlämningen kan senare eller förr den nämnda tidpunkten beror på trafiken i staden. Ibland kan avlämningen bli försenad upp till 30-45 minuter än den nämnda tiden.

- Under alla presidentevenemang kan Qasr Al Watan stängas av för allmänheten utan några tidigare meddelanden eftersom det är ett nationellt palats, men det kommer att ersättas med Qasr Al Hosn eller Heritage Village (beroende på vilket som är tillgängligt den dagen)

The flight (EY206) from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai (starting from Abu Dhabi on 26th May) was delayed due to some snag on catering truck. There were no announcements or other information about the delay, but ground staff was giving us an idea about it. On flight, food, seating and all other amenities were excellent. In one of the seats (21A) the entertainment screen was giving frequent trouble. But otherwise, all facilities were good. We had some trouble getting a glass of water. The crew kept on telling, that we will get it. But actually, we got it only with dinner. Even while serving dinner, the crew was going back and forth quite a lot and that delayed the dinner. Food quality was good. The baggage was tagged properly for fast clearing and loading on this connecting flight and we got it in time - in spite of short layover. One very pleasant surprise was the new Etihad Terminal. It is a much better one as compared to my earlier experience in 2018 or so.
The staff at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre were friendly and thoughtful. I appreciated the birthday treat and they upgraded me to a suite on my birthday due to issues, which was a kind gesture. However, my original room was grimy and uncomfortable. After a long day out on my birthday, I had to cancel my evening plans to move rooms, which was frustrating. The strong outside wind made sleeping difficult, and earplugs were not provided. On top of that, there aren’t many nearby food options, which made things less convenient. Overall, while the staff were polite and considerate, the hotel needs to improve room cleanliness, noise management, and local amenities for a more seamless stay.
We were supposed to be in the tour for 5 hours but it was 8 Long queues at the Palace and Mosque Not for those who have limited fitness
This tour was great. I got picked up at my hotel and then they took us to a group tour bus. The group tour guide (Mostafa Y) was amazing and really cared about showing and telling us what all the buildings and landmarks were. Probably the best tour that I have been on in a while.
An absolutely amazing experience with truly breathtaking views! Thanks to Ahmed Hussein , every moment of the excursion was pure enjoyment. Everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully planned step by step. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for something special.
We had a wonderful time visiting the different mosques and palaces around Abu Dhabi. We also got to try some delicious food at our lunch stop!

This is a review for Viator not the tour itself. I didn’t get to go on the tour since Viator mixed my request for date change, after hours of messing my reservation, they couldn’t bother to do anything about the issue that was their fault. So ended up paying for nothing
