Service from tour guide and driver was good. That said, it’s a Chinese company, be prepared to change a lot of buses (we change 3x) and they will tell you on the day. On return trip, we had to detour to the airport to drop passengers off and come back to flushing. All in all, the company operations are very disruptive and unsettling.

Please allow us to make the following explanations: During the return journey, to enhance traffic efficiency and better plan the itinerary of passengers, we will group passengers heading to the same destination on the same bus. As a result, you may need to change buses at transfer points to ensure a smooth arrival at your final destination. Such an arrangement helps to reduce the waiting time during the journey. It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had with Daniel , From start to finish, everything was handled with incredible professionalism and care. Exceptional! Better than expected! I am glad that I have booked this trip for my parents and my spouse. The sightseeing was arranged well, guide was good, food was surprisingly good, driver was safe, and hotels were good!

The attractions are beautiful. The tour is called Sunny. Almost around the northeast of the United States. The hotel is also larger, there is something to be. Lunch and dinner are very enjoyable.

We book this tour by recommendations of my brother who lives in US. During the tour it's lead by a Guide named Kevin. He is very hospitality, helpful and speak in 2 language fluently ( English and Chinese ( our group mostly Chinese) He managed the time very good.
So good and well organised and enjoyed everything about it. Saw fantastic sights and fab food. Recommend
Chris was my tour guide for this trip. He was always helpful and generous and explained everything so well. It was my first solo trip and my experience will always be pleasantly remembered.
Daniel is great young, friedly man. We have see everything we wanted thanks to his great timeing. He was really helpfull and we were listening to him with an excitement. We liked when he told us some additional things in the bus about nearly locations while traveling to another location. Also food and accommodation were amazing, we didn't really expect, that it would be so great.
We ordered the tour from " Jupiter Tours" two months before the starting date, based on the information on viator, I understood that service fee, meals and admission tickets were not included and that was fine with me. However, on the first day of the tour, after we got on the bus, the tour guide told us we needed to pay extra $310 per person for "mandatory tours" or they would not provide the service. $310 is much more than just the admission fee on official website. After paying for the "mandatory tours" the price is more than double the original. I don't like the fact that the extra cost for tours was not mentioned in the original deal, we had no choice but to accept it after we got on the bus. The price they originally listed on Viator doesn't cover the itinerary they posted, which is false advertisement to me. Second, the tour guides were unprofessional, their English was not fluent enough for the job; it was very hard to understand what they were saying.
We are sorry that the product update caused you misunderstanding. However, according to the investigation records, the tour guide informed the guests in advance and fully that the optional attractions were voluntary. We also saw your signature on it. Regarding the commenting issue, we are sorry that we could not provide the best interpretation service for a native speaker like you. We are going to improve and to be perfect!
