Resplan

Our tour with Preston was top notch! Even with the extra added challenge of road closures, he made sure we saw alll of the important points of interest. He shared lots of information and when we got caught in traffic on the way back, he entertained us with trivia and a serenade. We recommend this tour. Thank you, Preston!
The guide and driver uncle, very knowledgeable and wonderful. The course was also very good! It is very regrettable that I was unable to listen to and respond to English. I'm sorry I couldn't say thank you enough.
Beautiful walk. The guide was very attentive and explained everything along the way, giving historical details and information about the places we passed. Besides, the patios of Fort Worth are a trip to the past. Very good. I recommend it.
This was the best tour-my grandson and I have been on so far. We travel every year and check out a new state. We love history and this is our 13th tour. Isaac was amazingly! He was knowledgeable and loves history. He went above and beyond to be accommodating and friendly. Thank you Isaac for making this year's experience the best.
The length was good and not too long.
I lived in Dallas for 9 years and never really went to Fort Worth or the Stockyards. Dan, our driver, was great on the tour. He gave us the history of the “hell half acre” and how the Fort was established. When went to the stockyards and watched the cattle run. Lots of history. Last, we visited the JFK statue and water gardens. Overall it was great and a nice time with Dan our driver.
I took this tour as a solo traveler and had a great time. Dan was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew a lot about Fort Worth. He shared interesting stories without making it feel like a history lecture, and he kept the group engaged the whole time. The tour was well organized, and I learned a lot while seeing some great spots around the city. I’m really glad I booked it. Thanks, Dan, for making it such an enjoyable experience!
We had a good time and learned quite a bit from our guide Dan. I would suggest getting on in Dallas as we felt we had missed a bit. Dan caught us up. This is primarily a driving tour with the exception of of a couple of short stops and an extended stop in the Stock Yards. We prefer a more detailed linear presentation but it was well worth the cost.
Well where do I start! I had planned out my last day in Fort Worth starting with a guided tour. Unfortunately I was awoken at 8.00am with a call from the tour company to cancel my morning tour! I was offered another tour at 2.00 pm or carry over to tomorrow. As we leave for Canada first thing in the morning the only alternative was to take the 2.00 pm tour. This really messed my plans for the rest of my days plans. As I was looking forward to hearing all the history of Fort Worth I didn’t want to cancel. Unfortunately I wish I had . When being picked up we were informed that the trip didn’t include the historical Stockyards area! 5 other customers along with us were also under the impression we would be going there . We all felt we were misled! What we did get was a 70 minute drive around downtown with a driver reading from his phone ! This was a dangerous practice! Also the driver whose name was Orlando was very rude when talking about the World Cup and European football fans. As an English football fan I take exception to this! If anyone is thinking of booking the 70 minute tour I would forget it as you would be better off riding the free downtown bus which you can hop on and off and just google information! In fact 70 was too long on the tour so I’m glad I didn’t book for the longer ones. Before I did book I read reviews but now wonder if they are real . On the plus side we did meet some lovely people who were also not happy with what was on offer.
Thank you for your business and for taking the time to share your feedback. First, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the schedule change on the morning of your tour. Unfortunately, one of our tour guides experienced a medical emergency and had to be hospitalized due to an asthma attack. As the owner of the company, I personally called you as soon as we became aware of the situation. While we could have simply canceled the tour, we worked hard to provide an alternative option because we genuinely care about our guests and their experience. Regarding the itinerary, the 70-minute Fort Worth Highlights Tour that you selected does not include the Stockyards. This information is clearly stated in the tour description prior to booking. We also offer longer Fort Worth tours that include the Stockyards, the Cattle Drive, shopping time, and additional historic sites. Unfortunately, many guests purchase the shortest and least expensive tour and then expect the attractions included in our longer premium tours. The tour delivered was exactly the tour that was advertised and purchased. We take safety very seriously. After reviewing the vehicle's dash camera footage, we found no evidence of unsafe driving practices. The only time the driver referenced his phone was while the vehicle was stopped, to verify information related to a point of interest. At no point was guest safety compromised. What I find most disappointing is your suggestion that our reviews are not genuine. Our company has served guests for decades and has earned thousands of reviews from real travelers from around the world. We were recognized among the Top 25 Tour Companies in the United States because of our commitment to customer service and the experiences we provide. To suggest that our reviews are somehow fabricated simply because you personally did not enjoy a tour is unfair to our staff and to the thousands of guests who have taken the time to share their positive experiences. After 35 years in customer service, it is genuinely sad to see a growing number of people who expect more than what they purchased and then blame the tour company for delivering exactly what was advertised. We went above and beyond to accommodate you after a guide suffered a medical emergency, yet that effort appears to have been completely overlooked. You mentioned that visitors would be better off taking the free downtown bus. If that is truly your preference, then that may indeed be the better option for you in the future. Guided tours are designed for travelers who appreciate professional narration, local expertise, and curated experiences. Not every tour product is the right fit for every traveler. We respect your opinion, but we stand behind our tour, our staff, and the service we provided under very difficult circumstances. Fun Texas Tours
