Detta är "High Adventure" alternativet för dem som vill ha den våtaste, vildaste åkturen i Jackson Hole. Lewis & Clark (uppskattningsvis 1971) driver de absolut minsta guidade flottarna på Snake River. Ännu viktigare är att vi är den enda outfitter som erbjuder en ren "paddle-only" upplevelse. Vi har skalat bort de tunga årramar som finns på andra turer för att ge dig en lättare, snabbare och mer lyhörd båt. I våra 14 - fots flottar sitter du precis vid vattenlinjen. Varje våg ser större ut och slår hårdare. Det är en aggressiv, lagfokuserad löprunda där du ger hästkrafterna för att krossa legendariska forsar som Big Kahuna och Lunch Counter. Med max 8 gäster finns det ingenstans att gömma sig från plasket. Detta är det närmaste man kan komma till vitvattnet utan att faktiskt simma. Resan omfattar 8 miles av klass II och III vitvatten med forsar som "Lunch Counter" och "Big Kahuna." Tur och retur är cirka 3,5 timmar. - INCHECKNING : Vänligen anländ till vårt kontor (180 Powderhorn Ln) 30 minuter före din restid. Vi kör ett strikt schema för att hinna med flodfönstret; sena ankomster missar bussen!
- VAD DU SKA HA PÅ DIG: Du kommer att bli genomblöt! Snabbtorkande syntetmaterial är viktigt (baddräkter, utslagsskydd, polyester). Absolut ingen bomull, denim eller huvtröjor – när de är våta blir du kall och tung. Säkra skor är obligatoriska (sportsandaler med hälremmar, gamla sneakers eller vattenskor). Inga flip-flops, Crocs eller bara fötter. Våtdräkter och kängor finns att hyra på vårt kontor (rekommenderas starkt för kyligare dagar).
- VÄDERPOLICY: Vi forsrännar regn eller sken! I den lilla båten kommer du att bli våt oavsett väder. Vi tillhandahåller gratis stänkskydd vid sjösättningen för att hjälpa till att skära vinden/vattnet, men kommer förberedda för elementen.
- FYSISKA KRAV: Detta är en aktiv paddlingstur. Alla gäster måste kunna paddla och hålla sig kvar genom vitvatten. Rekommenderas inte för gravida resenärer eller de med allvarliga rygg / hjärtsjukdomar.
- SKOGSSERVICEAVGIFT : Var beredd att betala användaravgiften på 3 USD Bridger-Teton National Forest vid incheckningen. Detta gäller alla gäster från 16 år och uppåt.

I had hit a few rapids in Colorado, but this was my first Wyoming white water adventure, and it was a blast! I was one of eight on the raft, and our guide Luke was amazing! The guy seemed to live and breathe rafting. We hit class one, two, and three rapids that seemed to lift us right out of the river! And what a river! The Snake River is awesome! Even if the thrill of shooting the rapids wasn’t enough, the scenery was unbelievable! Although I was drenched in river water, I got the opportunity to take a dip in the Snake! One note though, the rafting company is particular about what you wear. Although they have wet suits to rent, I decide to shell out a few bucks for one of their hooded shirts. After all, I may want to do this again someday.

Such a fun and exciting experience. We were a little nervous to begin but everyone made us feel comfortable. Danny was amazing. He made us feel very safe. We got to see river otters, a bald eagle, and an osprey. Highly recommend!!

Fun trip, experienced guides, and be prepared to get wet! Great for our whole family. Saw about 10 bald eagles as well. Midday trip was perfect.
