This is ‘skip the line’ buy in advance €2 ticket. Not sure why you have to click a time because it’s an open ticket so you can turn up whenever. We visited in August and went around 10, I was expecting huge crowds, there wasn’t. We skipped ahead of maybe 30 people and paid £23 instead of €8 Having been now I’m annoyed I bought this thinking it was getting an extra experience. Don’t bother. They don’t even charge before 9am.
Viator has abused us because there was no need to book in advance for a ticket and pay 18 euros for two people . Indeed it was very easy to buy 2 tickets for 4 euros at the entrance of the Trevi fountain . What’s more is that there ´ s nothing special and more to see when you are inside .
Difficult to receive actual tickets, was unable to locate tickets on my phone; too many steps, waiting period 😫
Good in terms of access and the fountain. Bad because I felt scammed. You charged me 9€ per person, and at the fountain itself, you only pay 2€ for the same thing.
This was so easy - in and out. There were no lines. The amount of people was relatively low. I had imagined it to be unbearable and it was not.
It is unfortunate that you now have to pay to be close to the Trevi; however, what a refreshing way to provide all with the opportunity to experience such a special place!
We again thought this would save time.It Didn't. The tickets on the day cost 2 euro, and no real wait to buy them. The tickets we bought are expensive and don't give you anything extra.

Ours were supposed to be sent via WhatsApp but never were, so I had to contact them myself. On arrival I was initially refused entry because I only had my TripAdvisor booking confirmation. It was also extremely overcrowded. There were so many people spending long periods taking videos and photos, with some even doing multiple outfit changes. It felt quite selfish and made it difficult for everyone else to enjoy the experience. I’d also recommend being mindful of the time you visit. We went in the late afternoon and it was incredibly busy, so if you can, I’d suggest going earlier in the day for a better experience.
Quick entry and without any waiting. In the heart of the fountain, we were able to appreciate all of its architecture.
We arrived and found no one with any Viator sign, we had no audio guide, and no one knew anything. I request a refund.
