Very convenient and very efficient. Smooth transition from airport to hotel. Drivers were nice and friendly. Girl loading bags into the bus also very nice

the change of buses in Reyjkavic to get to your hotel and having to wait in the rain for the bus !!!!

The only problem I had was the shuttle driver, which is the second bus we got on, after the airport driver dropped us off at the bus stop, did not know where the hotel was. We were stop number 5, he dropped us off at a bus stop. I got out and could see the hotel. I asked the driver and he said he did not know where the hotel was and did not want ti help. I asked another driver who showed us how to get to the hotel.

Affordability and easy way to get from airport to our hotel! Switched buses when arrived in downtown Reykjavík which was quick and easy. Would use again.

FlyBus service from KEF was generally smooth. Simply exit the terminal building after going through customs and look for the bus stop on your right with the FlyBus sight. Sufficient luggage space underneath the bus. Only thing a customer needs to keep in mind is that the bus from KEF only takes you to a drop off point, the SBI bus terminal and you need to change to another bus for your final destination, say your hotel at Reykjavik.

Very easy and nice ride into the city! Took care of our luggage and the process to our hotel was very simple. Dropped off off almost at the hotel front door!
