When I arrived at the hotel, I was completely ignored for 15 minutes at reception. Then I was told in such an unfriendly tone that I couldn't get into my room until 3 p.m. This behavior would be a reason to turn around. I already had problems with an employee when I paid in advance because she didn't want to believe that the IBAN was wrong. There was no apology, just that if the payment wasn't received, the room would be canceled.

The driver was very professional and likeable he was on time. The car was neat and clean. The service was excellent.

It was nice to have someone already waiting for us as we came outside the airport… it was short and sweet way to hotel after a long flight! Would recommend to use even though taxi would have been maybe a little cheaper… felt safer using this service

I highly recommend this company, we had never been to Frankfurt before and I was unsure where to meet the driver. He was right outside customs waiting for us and I received a text from the company as soon as I called. Great driver very friendly

We had surprised our driver by clearing immigration early since we did not have to claim any luggage. Luckily we were provided with a phone number to contact the driver directly and we were able to coordinate a meeting place outside of the arrivals hall. He greeted us and talked to us little about Frankfurt since it was our first time there, but we were only there for a night.

Hello, Thank you very much for the excellent service. The driver was waiting for us in Arrival Hall with a sign with our name. It was very easy for us to find him. Then he helped us with the luggage, it is very good that the driver spoke excellent English, we could ask questions and get the necessary information. We are very glad that we have chosen the right company.

We contracted for transfer from Frankfurt airport to our hotel (party of 6). We were to be met in the arrival hall and were given a telephone number to contact the provider. When we arrived we searched the arrival hall for several minutes but could not find any driver. After 30 min. we attempted to call the number we were given only to find that it was a number in France and we were in Germany. We were finally able to make the call but there was only a recorded message. We left a message but when we did not hear back and after several more searches of the arrival hall we called back and were told that the driver there, so we searched some more ( now over an hour and a half). Still not able to find any driver we called back and were told that the driver had left the airport and was not coming back. We were left stranded and had to find alternate transportation for us and our luggage. As a result of all the wasted time we almost missed a tour which we had scheduled for later that morning. I have no idea where this phantom driver was but our repeated search of the ENTIRE arrival hall was unsuccessful. This was a totally frustrating experience and my recommendation to anyone looking for a transfer to avoid this company (S.A.S. Profi Driver) at all cost. There are other more reliable and less expensive options available.. The only bright spot of the entire experience was Viator, who we booked thru, and who helped resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
