We had a very disappointing experience with Ride Airport Transfers Marrakech. Upon arrival, the driver greeted us with the news that Expedia were not paying them and insisted we pay an additional £20 for a short transfer to our accommodation. only about 15 minutes from the airport. This is an absolute scam.No receipt or invoice was provided, meaning Expedia will not reimburse the extra costs. The service was unprofessional and misleading.It would have been cheaper and more reliable to use an Uber‑style service. We will be booking our own transport for the return journey. Do not use this company.

kept up to date with pickup location and drivers name, pickup driver didnt speak mush English but was friendly, return driver was very friendly and polite and spoke great English. booked through hoppa app and cant fault the service

We had a very unpleasant experience with this transfer service in Marrakesh. To begin with, our driver was not at the meeting point upon our arrival. Other transfer drivers nearby had to kindly call him for us so he would show up. When he finally arrived, he didn't even bother to say "good afternoon." Despite being well within the agreed waiting tolerance time and explaining to him that we were still waiting for our luggage, he started pressuring us intensely to hurry out of the airport. The journey itself was highly uncomfortable. The air conditioning barely worked, making the ride very hot. At one point, a bee got inside the car. When we informed him, he simply opened the door and left us to deal with it on our own, showing zero helpfulness. He didn't greet us at the start, nor did he say goodbye or wish us a good stay when he dropped us off. He was incredibly rude, impatient, and lacked basic politeness. I highly recommend looking for another transfer company.

They are scammers. Upon arriving at the airport, they demanded an additional €10 for the transfer, without a ticket or invoice. The contact number +212 661-967244 is not answered, nor do they respond to WhatsApp. At the time of return, we could not get in touch and had to opt for another agency.

Don't go! Scammers!! I have booked the transfer service with them and to the pick-up nobody has arrived, I have all the chats with the agency that confirms that they did not make the transfer from the hotel to the airport, I have evidence of how one of the workers of this agency has insulted me and threatened on multiple occasions to rape me and spit in my face after talking to them and claiming why they have not come, this will be reported to the police. I'm not going back to Marrakech because of people like them.
